About this apartment rental
Our modern studio in De Bilt near Utrecht is a spacious, clean, and bright studio for a maximum of 2 guests. The studio is located in an authentic street in the old village of De Bilt, close to the city center of Utrecht. It combines the best of both city and nature: from the accommodation, you can walk straight into the beautiful Utrechts Landschap nature area. Within 10 minutes, you can reach the historic center of Utrecht by bike or public transport.
The studio has a private ensuite bathroom and a cozy (shared) sitting area/kitchen. There is a second studio, but it is rented out only very rarely, so most of the time you will not need to share the kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing simple meals and includes plenty of cookware and utensils, as well as a toaster and microwave. Please note: there is no stove and no washing machine available. Supermarkets and a bakery are within short walking distance.
In the past (2017–2025), we successfully operated as a B&B. Now we privately rent out this modern studio. We offer long stays only: minimum 28 days, maximum 280 days. As of February 18, 2026, our rates have been adjusted and reduced for long stays. Previously, the rate for this studio was €149.00 per night. We offer 2 special discount (22%) for stays over 28 days.
Guests also pay a daily governmental tourist tax when staying at this studio.
The luxury studio is decorated in Scandinavian style and features a spacious box-spring bed (2.10m long). The studio includes a comfortable seating area, a practical desk, a LED flatscreen TV, and free Wi-Fi. The modern private bathroom is directly connected to the room.
There is a small sunny terrace, free parking is available, and shops and restaurants are just around the corner. Solar panels provide sustainable energy. Shops and restaurants are within a few minutes’ walk.
This modern studio offers the quality and comfort of a first-class hotel with much more atmosphere! Special bonus: the studio is being cleaned by a cleaning lady once a week, she also changes the bed sheets.
