easy to check in, the place was comfortable, spacious and clean

The house has a comfortable atmosphere, not crowded, clean, all facilities are maintained.
There are a few things I want to comment on,
1) the parking is a bit confusing
2) as long as it has 2 blocks, vertex and I'm not sure about the other one, so the first time I came it was a bit confused where we were
3) the owner told the guard he could help, but the guard didn't help much, some said he was new and didn't know,
4) marked as block D, but we looked for where the stated block D was, there was NO where
5) the elevator had a yellow circle key, but they said it was blue, so we got stuck in the elevator and the panic elevator didn't move anywhere.
