It would have been useful to know when booking (before finalising ) that keys needed to be collected offsite

Well appointed with everything you needed. Clean & tidy. Great also to have access to leisure facilities.

It would have been great to have 2 towels each due to the length of our stay.

Nice modern contemporary furnishings & extra blankets provided + café on site

Sorry - but picking up keys from a different property is very annoying & then trying to find the allocated carpark for the unit was frustrating - the.undeground parking is not marked in any order & dimly lit - took 3 attempts /laps & over an hour to find it :> late check-in 3pm ? - NO milk in the fridge for a coffee on arrival - no top sheet or bath mats - only 1/4 roll extra toilet paper - needs a deep clean to scrub the grout in shower & sliding doors ect - need to cull.all the empty random things in the cupboards - all the plates n stuff looks like a pile of left overs - blue light in lounge area is constantly flashing # oversall just no attention to detail that guests pay for - loose the plastic plants - re merchandise the bookshelf to suit your short term guests & stick with linen sheets on the bed - that weird crushed velvet vibe was uncomfortable ## the place has potencial to be much better - needs some love - but the key thing is not for me
