The host said it would be refunded after 7 days, but no refund came and the host did not reply to my messages. I had to call Booking.com again to get my deposit returned. This caused unnecessary stress and I would not book here again.”

Prefer meet at property for key collection. Key box can have issues with code and unlocking

We loved the cute studio. Perfect location for us too. We'd love to come back. It was great that we could book in earlier as 4 pm was going to be a problem. Kitchenette had enough bowls, cups, cutlery etc.

There was a beautiful senseo coffee machine but no coffee (pods) to put in. There also wasn't any tea. There was instant coffee. It would be great if some tea and coffee pods could be provided. The TV created some confusion. I couldn't get a picture. Turned out I had to unplug it for a while and back on. It would be great if there was more info on what can be watched (what apps or tv is included). I ended up signing in my own Netflix account. I'd like to suggest to make the check-in time around midday rather than 4 pm. Very grateful that earlier check-in was possible. Have patience with the key box. Make sure all the buttons are clicked back in. I struggled with it.
