This house is located in a very exclusive area of Bahía Meloneras, in the best part of Gran Canaria, very close to the beach and the Meloneras golf course, the island’s finest hotels, spacious green areas, shopping centers, boutiques, restaurants, a variety of bars, and terraces featuring live music and shows. The accommodation layout includes an upper floor with two air-conditioned bedrooms, a master bedroom with a balcony offering beautiful ocean views, and a full bathroom. The central part of the house features a kitchen, a spacious living room, a half-bath, a laundry room, a large terrace with a table, 8 chairs, 2 lounge chairs, an awning, and a beautiful garden with a shower; the rear of the house has a very spacious garden perfect for celebrations and a private garage.First floor: 2 bedrooms, living room, and bathroom. Community pool and 2 outdoor hot tubs. The complex is well-maintained and clean, with excellent security.

The villa is comfortable with a lot of space for our family of 3 people. Swimming pool is also nice, but jacuzzi did not work.

We had a great time. The accommodation was great for a large family, the top floor bedrooms are lovely, lower floor bedrooms not so which was a little disappointing (they were very hot overnight this became an issue due to a very noisy neighbour - not the owners fault). There was lots of space and a comfortable area to sit together outside. The complex is very nice, the pool area is beautifully kept, and the pool itself was often quiet. It is a nice 15 minute walk along the promenade to the restaurants. Ideal for our family holiday.
