Self catering apartment, exceptionally well equipped, close to wonderful beach and to shopping facilities. Cleaning and reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We accidentally locked keys in apartment-response to phone call prompt and so supportive, cannot thank staff enough

Online check in system was a bit difficult as we had poor internet reception where we were prior

It wasn't easy to find a parking spot, otherwise perfect place for holidays.

This apartment is located on the beach in Las Burras near San Agustin. We had a ground-floor apartment with an outdoor terrace and easy access to the beach. The apartment is located at the quieter end of San Agustin, but Playa del Ingles is walkable for the more lively stuff! The Dunes of Maspalomas are also only a 45-minute walk away. The maintenance and cleaning staff were fabulous, with the apartment cleaned three times a week and beds changed weekly. The office staff were only a WhatsApp away and were very prompt in answering any queries about our stay. Staff bent over backwards to ensure our stay was a good as it could be. Access to bars and restaurants was great, and the esplanade outside the apartment meant you could walk for miles along the fabulous coast. Public transport is very reliable, and buses run regularly to all the places we wanted across the island, including the airport.

We only stayed for four weeks and would like to have stayed longer........ (Winter time is the most expensive time in Gran Canaria because it has no competition from other holiday areas where the weather cannot be guaranteed and have all closed down for the winter. Summer months are the cheapest!)
