No sponges or washing liquid to clean dishes

Nice, calm location, lovely staff and great size apartments

Needs more kitchen utensils and some deeper cleaning

Solved and helped us throughout the stay. My partner broke her foot the first day and they didn’t hesitate to move everything so it’s more comfortable for her, gave us multiple solutions, best reception and amazing staff overall.

There was a slight overbook and they gave us a standard room instead of superior which is what we paid for. However they solved it almost immediately.

I did like just the fact I facilitate having where to smoke having a small terrace outside of the bungalow and the pool being around of my accommodation.

Where to start 🤔 First the reality is been so much different than photos. No balcony like in photos, the bedroom situated in the same floor with living room and not in the second floor. The lights not lighting up enough been so difficult in the night time's, the water at the shower not enough presiune,missing the main mirror in the bathroom ,the cleaner's at 9am making so much noise and not being able to rest. In the last they the cleaner so rude with me say I been thinking you live today where it's been just 9am and the checkout supposed to be at 12:00. Very disappointed!
