Tucked inside the chic Savannah Building in the heart of Rosemary Beach, Savannah 2C is a picture-perfect 30A condominium with a simply stellar location. Your family will be right in the center of the restaurants, boutiques, pools, and bike trails of scenic Rosemary Beach— yet you’ll feel like you’re floating above it all in classic laid-back 30A luxury. This two-bedroom/two-bath unit has space for four people and private parking for two vehicles.
The Savannah Building was built to provide unprecedented comfort and serene privacy— and 2C is no exception. The location was great. Never been to that part of Florida and loved the relaxed atmosphere this time of year.Easy to walk everywhere, friendly people in stores and restaurants.Host was great, followed up quickly on a few minor issues.Back deck was wonderful to sit and read and see the gulf.

The floor plan of the unit is perfect for one or two couples. Linens are great quality and kitchen is well stocked. Beds are extremely comfortable. The patio is spacious, however the furniture needs refinishing.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay due to the excellent location of the property and surrounding amenities. With that said, at this price point, I have higher expectations and this property fell short in a couple categories (i) Cleanliness - The floors were not thoroughly cleaned upon our arrival with sand residue present to the touch, (ii) Deferred maintenance - The unit has several instances of wear and tear including a couch and exterior patio furniture that are in very poor condition and in dire need of replacement. The gas oven did not appear to be heating properly as well as one of the shower faucets was defective and difficult to operate and (iii) Household Staples (or lack thereof) - This unit comes with nothing in the way of staple groceries such as coffee, baseline perishable goods, a welcome bottle of wine, etc. Your expectation should be that anything you need while there will need to be purchased at the nearby grocery stores.
With all of that said, we did enjoy our time, but again with the price point come higher expectations for quality of service. I hope these observations will be addressed for future guests.
