This was such a wonderful experience! Everything was handled beautifully and communication was 10/10 for this vacation rental. We loved the house, it’s beautiful and clean just as pictured. Town is right around the corner and a short bike ride or walk to the beach. We absolutely loved our stay and have nothing but positive things to say. We will cherish our family vacation memories!

My family has stayed in Rosemary each summer for 10+ years. I've never given a poor review but this property does match our past experience. Living room furniture was absolutely worn out. The side chairs almost required someone to pull you out of them they were so broken down. Pitiful! Lots of worn paint on trim and stair rails. Bathtub drain in bath adjacent to the bunkroom was stopped up on the first use. (The cleaning team should have corrected this since it was stopped up at the beginning of our stay.) We had to open cans by piercing the top with a butcher knife and then using kitchen scissors to cut the can enough to create an opening because the can opener was probably bought at a Ben Franklin dime store in the 1960's. The can opener item is small but added to the frustrations other issues. Cushions on the second floor deck furniture are very dirty and worn. This property does measure to my past experience of Rosemary Beach. I'm not planning to stay here in the future.
