Enjoy coffee or an afternoon cocktail on the expansive front porch. The views on Atticus Road are what Rosemary is all about. Enter the front door and step inside a coastal chic living space with towering ceilings, a wash of natural sunlight, and dining table for 6. Enjoy visiting with your guests at the spacious bar and whip up delicious meals in your fully stocked and newly renovated kitchen. Overall, it was a good stay at this rental. There were a couple of issues with different items in the house, that we reached out to the owner about. Unfortunately, none of them were fixed while we were at the property for a week. I would say it is a well loved rental.

We had a great stay! It was so easy to get to the beach and shops! Everything was so comfortable and it was truly one of our best family vacations! Worth noting that the back door enters into the bottom floor bedroom. We loved our trip and this great house!

The location was great and the house has an excellent parking situation.The one improvement could be to upgrade the cleaning service and catch up on the deferred maintenance. The house sinply isn’t clean. I had some tools with me and we left the place than we found it. We repaired a cabinet door that was hanging from one hinge, We reattached the refrigerator door handle, I was able to fix one of the stove burners that would not light. The front is jammed and it’s very difficult to open. The beds were comfortable and they were plenty of linens and towels which we appreciated.
