The expansive open-concept main living area seamlessly combines the living, dining, and kitchen spaces, creating a bright and welcoming environment for entertaining. The newly redesigned chef’s kitchen features premium appliances including a Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, six-burner Wolf gas range and oven, Cove dishwasher, Taj Mahal quartzite countertops, and custom white oak cabinetry. An abundance of windows fills the space with natural light. The dining table seats ten guests, with additional seating for four at the kitchen island.
The inviting living room features newly selected designer furnishings with comfortable seating for everyone to gather, relax, and enjoy time together.
The first floor includes a queen bedroom with a beautifully redesigned bath featuring a tub/shower combination and quartz vanity. A stylish powder room showcases floor-to-ceiling textured tile, a floating granite vanity, and a wall-mounted brass faucet.
Three of the four bedrooms are located on the second floor and feature king beds with newly renovated private baths, quartz vanities, and dual shower systems. One bedroom also offers a private balcony with seating for two and lovely ocean views.

Such a special place in a fabulous location! This house was beautiful and had everything we needed . It was a great mother daughter vacation spot. Perfect location to beach , restaurants and everything Rosemary !!!
