We had a great experience here. The property management was excellent and the neighborhood can’t be beat for convenience to all the local activities. The house was especially user-friendly—all spaces were well utilized, even the third floor. We would stay again!

We had a great stay! The house was great and very clean and we enjoyed it very much. My kids are a little older (youngest is 5) but I would not say that it is "kid friendly". There are no full blackout shades, one of the bedrooms did not have a shade on top window, there is no carpeting on stairs, no nightlights or dimmable lights etc. especially with all of the steep stairs. Was also very surprised there were no pool / beach towels or even some sand toys for kids. Have been in other homes that stock with detergent, stain remover, paper towels, foil, sandwich bags etc. and this had none of that which surprised us. Regardless, the house is great and the host was very responsive.

Had a wonderful time! Property was immaculate. Process was very easy. Communication was clear. The area is just exceptional and perfect for families. You do not have to drive anywhere. It’s all walkable or within bicycle distance. We mostly stayed at the pool, which was really nice and had plenty of space. The beach was beautiful, but packed! Recommend renting chairs and umbrellas well ahead of your trip. But definitely go back and stay at the same place.
