It is safe to walk or bike downtown and to the nearby beaches. Although, we recommend renting a car to explore the entire beautiful and breathtaking Big Island. It is safe to take morning walks in the neighborhood. We recommend renting a vehicle to explore the entire Big Island. There are also other common transportation options such as Uber, Hele-on Bus, and Kona Trolley.
We are available at any time and always respond very quickly.
This quiet neighborhood is a 5-minute walk to the ocean and Ali'i Drive. It is safe to walk or bike downtown and to the nearby beaches. Although, we recommend renting a car to explore the entire beautiful and breathtaking Big Island. It is safe to take morning walks in the neighborhood.
We recommend renting a vehicle to explore the entire Big Island. There are also other common transportation options such as Uber, Hele-on Bus, and Kona Trolley.

1. ENFORCED QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9 PM - 8 AM HST: No loud noise outside these hours. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with the residential area. Mahalo.
2. PEST CONTROL: Pest control comes once per month. If the Pest Control Service appointment lands during your reservation, we will let you know beforehand because the technician will need to enter your rental to service. Regular Pest Control services are very common on all the islands. Mahalo
3. LATE CHECKOUTS: Any unauthorized late check-out is subject to a late checkout fee of $100. Mahalo

This stay was perfect for what we needed for our stay in Kona for a few days. The room was clean and had little things that made the stay more enjoyable like coffee and a few drinks. They also had a bunch of beach supplies which we did not get to use during our stay but is definitely a great option for a beach day. The host was very sweet and even left us a few fresh fruits for our stay. The stay was less than 2 miles from the main part of Kona which made it easy to get to lots of restaurants.

Terrific stay in Kona; right off Rt. 11, but in a quiet neighborhood. Spotlessly clean. Really appreciated the access to free laundry. Well provided kitchen and comfy bed. Crazy steep driveway, but not a problem. Thanks too for the beach supplies!

The studio was clean and decorated nicely. It was close to the main areas of Kona and ability to travel around the island. The owners were friendly and helpful.
