Welcome to Kiran Terrace Duplex in the heart of Gulf Shores! Both A101 and A102 can be booked together for a total of 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and 2 half baths. This duplex will accommodate 10 guests and 2 pets, with additional pet fees, on each side! Guests will love the community pool, the community grilling area, the ample parking, and the location! The beach is approximately a 2-minute walk across the street from the property and The Hang Out and other attractions are also within walking distance. * Kiran Terrace Duplex A101 and A102 are two separate units that can be booked individually or as a “whole”. A101 & A102 each have 3 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms, each side sleeps 10 or 20 as a whole duplex. All units are pet friendly, additional pet fee(s) apply.
*Kiran Terrace Quadplex B101, B102, B103, and B104 are four separate townhomes that can be booked individually or as a “whole”. B101, B102, B103, and B104 each have 4 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms, each side sleeps 8 or 32 as a whole quadplex. All units are pet friendly, additional pet fee(s) apply.
*Kiran Terrace Duplex and Quadplex can both be rented for a total of 22 bedrooms, sleeping 52 people.

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy. If you are found to not be in compliance with this policy, you will be immediately evicted from the premises without a refund of any amount.

We rented all 6 units between our family and my siblings. Great location to walk anywhere. Spacious bedrooms and each bedroom had their own bathrooms. Nice balconies to enjoy the views. Picnic tables available for us to eat together.

The property was very clean and roomy. It was literally, across the street from the beach. The only drawback are the stairs. My group us 50, so climbing at least 2 flights was not our favorite, but i highly recommended this property.

We had a great vacation, We had almost all of our kids & grandkids with us! When we arrived I was so thankful that pretty much every bedroom had its own bathroom. Which made our stay so much better. We had plenty of room. We had a nice outdoor space as well! The pool was a little small, but the kids enjoyed it! It’s a central location to the Beach, shopping & restaurants!

We took a family vacation with 22 people, ages 60-2.
The location was great. Just a short walk across the street to the beach and walking distance to stores and restaurants was doable.
The property itself had some cosmetic issues that were dangerous for the smaller kids, nails sticking up in the deck. Dryer’s in both buildings did not dry clothes the first time. Thought there would be sleeper sofas but there were only couches, and with that, a few people did not have a place to sleep. Thankfully we planned ahead and brought blow up mattresses.
Overall we had a good time and would come back.
