Well-equipped, roomy lower level unit which must have been recently remodeled. Heated bathroom floors, all kitchen utensils and appliances, modern TV and internet etc. Host was very helpful and concerned with our comfort. There were several stairs to navigate here and the entry was a bit complicated with a step-off in the garage entry that was not easy to see and would have been dangerous if someone made a misstep.

Great apartment, it is a basement unit, but very beautiful! Well appointed, sleeps 6 very comfortably The hosts were wonderful and we really felt like pampered guestsWalking distance to Butler Street with beautiful homes throughout the neighborhoodWe had a wonderful stay, 10/10!!

For some reason I assumed this property was on the water. It was a nice and clean place but it is very expensive for 2 nights. It is a basement unit so it was a little dark. did enjoy walking downtown on Saturday evening. It is a very convenient location. The hosts were very nice to let us park motorcycles in the garage.
