We adhere to strict cleaning and disinfecting requirements in accordance with CDC guidelines. All towels and sheets are 100% cotton and washed in hot water with bleach and dried on high heat... Very clean and very comfortable. Self check-in is super easy.
Each of our three suites can enjoy their large private outdoor patio facing the beautiful backyard and located less than one block from a general convenience store which stocks numerous amenities, snacks and convenience items.
The Sunrise Cottage Suite offers two generous bed rooms with comfortable hand made queen-size pine beds, large closets, plus a comfortable pull-out sofa in the living room.
Two free reserved parking spaces for your convenience!

* Weber Spirit grill located on your large private patio. New for 2021.
* Free Highest Speed Wifi from Xfinity included
* Smart internet only TV, with apps like Netflix, Youtube, Hulu, etc...
* Subway tiled bathroom and kitchen
* Modern galley kitchen, with gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, K-cup coffee, drip coffee maker, toaster and more!
* Back patio with 8-feet picnic table to enjoy the sunshine while dining

Awesome place to stay. Very close to town. Lots to do. Our host, John was amazing. His condos are beautiful, lots of room, very clean. Can’t wait to stay again.

Very clean property positioned just up the street from downtown Saugatuck. John, the property manager was a great host and responded to a few questions we had within minutes. The cabin has multiple areas for socializing, and is laid out very well. We had a great time here, and will absolutely keep it in mind for future stays.

The sunrise cottage was a very cute place to stay! We went on a girls weekend and had a blast. The place was easy to find and is close to the boutique stores and restaurants. It's also close to the sunrise dune tour. The cottage was clean and had cute signs on things telling you what to do. It was very handy. I wish we were able to stay longer as we didn't really get to do much at the cottage. I would love to rent these again in the near future.

The property was exactly as described in the listing and was very convenient to walk downtown and get to multiple local restaurants and parks. The drive to beach for amazing sunset views was short and definitely worthwhile. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The check-in and checkout processes were easy with clear instructions.
