Welcome to the SUNSHINE COTTAGE SUITE one of three unique cottages at Saugatuck Cottage Suites.
Great convenient location near beaches, parks, many restaurants, natue walks, art stores, convenience store, walk to dairy queen or Dune Buggy Ride, go to Winery or brewery.... and so much more.

We adhere to strict cleaning and disinfecting requirements in accordance with CDC guidelines. All towels and sheets are 100% cotton and washed in hot water with bleach and dried on high heat... Very clean and very comfortable, fresh Self check-in is super easy.
Each of our three suites can enjoy their large private outdoor patio facing the beautiful backyard and located less than one block from a general convenience store which stocks numerous amenities, snacks and convenience items.
The Sun Shine Suite offers two generous bed rooms with comfortable hand made queen-size pine beds, plus a comfortable pull-out sofa in the living room.
Two free reserved parking spaces for your convenience!

* Free Highest Speed Wifi from Xfinity included
* Smart internet only TV, with apps like Netflix, Youtube, Hulu, etc...

Our stay was perfect. The description and pictures were spot on.

The host replied quickly. The house was spotless and well equipped with towels dishes, soap, some games and even a few books. There was a game room downstairs and a washer and dryer. There was WiFi and a Roku tv. The backyard was nicely landscaped with a grill, picnic table with an umbrella and a fire pit. It was too cold for us to use any of those amenities. Colorful and cute.

This home was super clean, had everything we needed, directions and locations of items were marked well, and the host was very prompt in responding. The beds were comfortable and we loved being able to use the grill outside for cooking. Had our stay been a bit warmer in the evenings, we probably would have used the nice fire pit area as well in the well kept back yard.
