This charming condo is on a wooded ravine in the City of Saugatuck and less than a mile from Ivy House. The Upper Level has 2 Bedrooms, a Living Room, and 2 Full Bathrooms. The Lower Level has a Bedroom, a Living Room with a Sleeper Sofa, and a Laundry Area.
Anna’s Place is a 1600 sq ft open concept condo that includes air conditioning, dishwasher, washer/dryer, outdoor propane grill, free streaming on Peacock Plus, Roku Channels, and free Samsung streaming channels on the Upper Living Room TV, free wifi, garage parking for one vehicle, and towels/linens. Please bring your beach towels and any other items you will need for the beach such as blankets, umbrella, or chairs.

Take a shortcut through the Peterson Preserve and enjoy a nice, leisurely walk or bike ride into downtown (approx. 1 mile). The Peterson Creek Retreat is conveniently located near beaches, shopping, dune rides, parks, restaurants, and other tourist attractions.

Vert nice property, it was as advertised. Communication and value were excellent. Close proximity to nice downtown Saugutuck. We'll seek this unit on a future trip to area.

A wonderful getaway to celebrate turning 40 with a few friends! The condo was clean, very cute and cozy. We were able to shop and eat in South Haven and walk around to shop in Saugatuck. Close to Oval beach to watch the sunset. Great place and a great time!
