You will be seduced by this very beautiful T4 in a small condominium of 4 apartments .the apartment was renovated in 2011 and maintenance or improvement work is carried out every year.
Apartment of 90 m2 located 150 m from the city center of Saint Gervais les Bains, with a private parking space in front of the house, a balcony facing South-West overlooking the valley and the Aravis mountain range.
You will find a large living room with a 160cm LCD TV, including a fully equipped American kitchen, a dining room, a living room, 2 shower rooms and separate toilet.
*1 bedroom with a double bed of 180X200 with its shower room
*1 second bedroom with a double bed of 160X200.
*1 third bedroom with 2 single beds that can be pushed together
The equipment is complete: dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board, iron, oven, microwave oven, TV (LCD) in the 2 large bedrooms Internet connection, . Fondue raclette set,, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, cot and baby chair.
BE CAREFUL NO MORE LARGE TERRACE ON THIS PROPERTY; but a balcony
Ideally located:
Access to the gondola at 800m by the free shuttle bus located at the bottom of the house. Proximity (300m) to the TMB station (Mont Blanc tramway), cogwheel train to access the Col de Voza or to go to the eagle's nest (in summer) for a beautiful hike, or even for the more experienced to start the ascent of Mont Blanc.
The thermal baths of Saint Gervais (completely renovated in July 2018) are a 5-minute drive away and are also accessible by the free shuttle bus or the TMB. Some half-days are reserved for parents with young children :)
Saint Gervais les bains is a charming village resort open all year round. It offers many activities in winter and summer:
Hiking, bungee jumping 200 m from the house, ice rink, climbing, swimming pool, mountain biking, paragliding, mini-golf, tennis, rafting, pump track, equestrian center, adventure course, casino.
Thermal treatments and balneotherapy at the thermal baths
Summer and winter activities to do in the surrounding area
From Chamonix, Aiguille du Midi, Mer de Glace, Hot Air Balloon in Praz sur Arly (20 minutes) Lake Annecy 1H00 drive, Parc de Loisirs des Contamines 10 minutes, Lake Passy, 10 minutes, cinema, bowling in Sallanches 10 to 15 minutes by car. Saint Gervais climbing wall.
Depending on the time of year you come there is also a festival of laughter and humour every year in March, painters' exhibitions, gastronomic competitions, a music festival usually on the 1st weekend of July and all kinds of entertainment offered by the tourist office of Saint Gervais.
Market on the Place de Saint Gervais every Thursday morning.
Saint Gervais is very well served: 5/6 km from the A40 motorway exit. In winter, on certain days the TGV is direct from Paris to Saint Gervais (le Fayet) and Geneva airport is 1 hour away

The host Isabelle was very friendly, and accommodating we had a lovely stay.Beautiful apartment, very clean. Great location, convenient for local shops and ski lifts. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again,

Clean and warm, close to all amenities. However the description of two bathrooms and toilets is not accurate as there is one to share between all rooms. Also there is no bath as advertised. So if you want a bath and your own loo this is not the place to stay. One other point is the address is not correct and gaining access to the property took 15 minutes of walking around in the rain.

Ideally located for access to the telecabine and walking distance(3mins) to the village. Spacious enough for a family of 5 and the owner was always very helpful. Could do with an information pack to help with appliances, bin location etc... but will be back, a fantastic weeks skiing.

Good location. 3 minutes walk to town centre, 10 to cable car. Apartment is well maintained and spacious with a large double bed room, a good sized twin and a very nice en suite double. Large sunny balcony with mountain view. Good cooking and dining facilities if you want to eat in the apartment.
The owners live on the ground floor of the property so arrival and departure was very straightforward. They were very responsive to questions before arrival and helpful and accommodating while we were there.
