About this apartment rental
Stay at this elegant cathedral ceiling apartment with excellent views to El Yunque National Forest and Golf course. The entire unit has AC, dining area for 6, comfortable sofa in the living room with flat screen cable TV and Wifi to stream your favorite movie.
The apartment is situated in the 3rd floor and the constant breeze will have you enjoying your balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook your entire meals. You will be 4 minute drive to the beach within the resort. Before you book, we want you to be made aware that we are legally operating vacation rental. Some neighbors and neighborhoods are not in favor of them. There is the possibility of neighbors in the neighborhood to have signage in their yard stating their beliefs on this issue. This should not affect your stay at all! We want to ensure you are made aware of this.

This clean, comfortable and modern property is thoughtfully equipped and nicely decorated. It is exactly as pictured in the listing. Parking is convenient and setting is great. Short drive to two different pools and beach with lounge chairs. Not an issue for us but others may need to know that it is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Well furnished. QR code on router was very helpful, laptop had to be paired as password did not work. Two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom have firm mattresses. Mattress in the primary bedroom was very comfortable. Having 2.5 bathrooms was convenient. Major appliances are all great — convection oven was my fave. Kitchen is decently equipped for a vacation rental though pots and pans left something to be desired (scratched Teflon and old aluminum). This was the only real negative.
Rio Mar location cannot be beat.
All in all it was a very pleasant stay and we would stay again.

We stayed for a week in this gorgeous condo. First, Magda was available throughout our stay by text for all questions we had. She responded immediately. She was very helpful and accommodating.
The views from all windows and the balcony are amazing of the rainforest. It is breathtaking. The condo is on the top floor and no other condo shares the floor so it was very private. The condo is extremely clean. It is beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for our stay — even a first aid kit which came in handy. The main bedroom king size bed was extremely comfortable. The linens were new. The twin beds in the second bedroom can each turn into king beds (so, 2 king beds in that room) which was helpful for our very tall teenagers. The kitchen had everything we needed and appliances were new. We loved having a washer dryer.
The beach club area for the condo is beautiful. It’s about a 6 minute drive. The beach was almost empty and felt like our own private beach. There are beach loungers available for free on the beach. It was really a fantastic stay for us.

Apt nice,spacious,clean,equipped with all stuff u need. 3 bathrooms,Spacious family room nice views from Apt. close to Hotel and Close to Main Roads. I recommend 100%!
