ViequesRentals NET , presents you a Rio mar Apartment Villa is located in a gated complex with 24 hour security inside the Wyndham Rio Mar Resort.
This is NOT the hotel, Hotel room for 2 is [$400-$500] night to be in the hotel. On the other hand u can play golf, have dinner paying for the services.
Our Villa is in the middle of the golf course. With a short 5 min drive to the beach
With beach inside the complex. We have our own access to beach
Ground floor poperty have AC, Cable, Wifi, 2 parking.
The kitchen is fully equipped. The 1st bedroom features a king size bed a sofa, a walk-in closet, private balcony and a full bath. The 2nd bedroom features two queen size beds with a closet and a full bath.
We do not provide a Golf cart, you can rent one at the golf club house if you want.
The Villa is the perfect Caribbean retreat for those looking for a resort location that is still close to all the off-resort activities Puerto Rico has to offer. Villa is located within the Wyndham Río Mar Grand Resort which offers access to golf, tennis, a beach which is a short 5-minute drive away within the resort, 5 restaurants, and community pool club with the beach that is just a short 5 min drive from the villa.
Outside of the resort you have The El Yunque National Rainforest a 5-minute drive away, a never-ending list of great local restaurants, and access to all the great beaches of the northeast coast of Puerto Rico. Sunshine Villa can sleep up to 6 guests in 1 king bed and 2 queen beds.

We had a great time at this property. Everything worked well. The AC was cold, the rooms were spacious and in a nice location. Just to be clear- there is no pool, no washer and dryer, unless you have a long stay, no dishwasher, no ocean view and 30 steps from the parking lot. If you’re okay with all that, you should really enjoy this property. There is plenty of free parking. We ended buying a day pass to the Riomar pool complex as there is no way you’re getting into the Beach Class pool in the picture as merely a guest at this property. The property faces a large tropical garden and the golf course is visible from the porch. Less mobile guests can enter from ground level, walking over 50 yards of grassy terrain, but the parking lot is up the stairs. A car is a must. While we enjoyed the walk from the condo to the beach, it is over a mile in the humid heat. We had easy accesss in and out of the cluster gate and Riomar with our rental car. Entering the property was very confusing on Day 1. Do not follow the gate entry instructions in the website. They will text you with completely different access codes in the app as your date gets near. It can take up to 24 hours for the guy to answer you, so make sure you read all the instructions they text you. Again I give it 5 stars because it was very nice and relaxing,

Great Location to explore this side of island. So many activities just within ten minutes. Villa area is very clean and secure. Unit is spacious and so many socializing rooms.

Our host went above and beyond to make sure our party had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The unit was very clean and it was conveniently located on Wyndham resort property close to El Yunque National Forest. Pefect place for a family getaway.
