About this apartment rental

This large and spacious 2 bedroom 2 story villa is located inside The Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Beach & Golf Resort. Large kitchen, 2 terraces (One in each level) 2 parking spaces. King size bed in Master Bedroom and 2 queen size beds in the second bedroom. Guaranteed golf cart Availability for rentals. Golf carts are hard to find in Resort. Resort is across from the Rainforest and close to PR Top Excursions. Excursions and Concierge available.

Spacious villa with easy access to beach and pool

Overall the experience was excellent and would definitely book this property again. A few minor things, some of the furniture and kitchen is dated and therefore don’t come across as they looked in the listing (example, fridge door had some rust spots / staining on front, bidet in master suite was not hooked up/didn’t work, golf cart available but to be booked separately and at additional cost). The owner was very responsive whenever I texted or sent a message. There could have been better communication up front (ex: in check in instructions or notes in the binder on site), like how you have to check in at the guard gates to get into the property and how to navigate the overall resort property.
