About this villa rental
This beautiful three bedroom Mediterranean style villa inside the Wyndham Rio Mar Grand Resort is perfect for your family vacation. If this is your first visit to Puerto Rico or your annual escape from the cold winter in the United States, this villa will become your home away from home. The Resort has everything you need for a great getaway. Puerto Rico's premier attraction, El Yunque National Rainforest, is just few minutes down the road and a visit to Old San Juan is just a short drive away.
Villa has beds for up to 8 guests but the base rate is for 6 guests, additional guests pay $75/night. You must input exact number of guests to get the complete quote.
Villa guests can enjoy the various amenities offered including golf, tennis, pickleball, the casino and restaurants. The hotel pool and beach club pool areas are limited to hotel guests only.
The hotel has two Championship Golf Courses (Ocean and River), a Tennis Center with clay, hard and Pickle courts. And of course, there's the beach, a mile long secluded sandy beach overlooking the Atlantic Ocean to just sit back and relax.
The villa is located in Cluster #2 which has its own recreational area with a newly renovated swimming pool and Gazebo for activities.
The villa has a spectacular view of the golf course (Ocean Course Hole 5). It has a cross ventilated layout which makes it ideal for enjoying the breathtaking tropical scenery from the outdoor terrace. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops & stainless steel appliances. Fresh linens and towels are provided. It has three air conditioned bedrooms, the Master bedroom has a king size bed, a full bathroom and a Smart TV set. The second bedroom has a king size bed, a full bathroom and the third room has 2 full size beds. Wireless internet service is provided. There is a 55' LED Smart TV in the living room that has Cable TV plus connection to ALL subscription channels like Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.. Living room is air conditioned. A BBQ grill is included for your use at the open balcony. Be advised that villa guests are not allowed to receive outside visitors. Great for family vacation.

Lovely villa, spacious and welcoming. Perfect living and dinning area ideal for the entire family. Rooms were great with comfortable beds. The views of the golf course from the balcony and most rooms were amazing. We had everything we needed, including beach chairs, beach towels, games and a grill! The villa was a 2 minute walk to the cluster pool which is fabulous. The walk to the beach was 10 minutes. We had excellent communications with our host Rafael, who was prompt in responding to our questions. Thanks Rafael and we will be back!

Excellent property. Clean, airy, great view of golf course. Beach towels and chairs came in handy. Rafo was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely come back!
