About this villa rental
RIO MAR VILLAGE is the newest residential community inside the premises of the Westin Rio Mar Beach Resort. These villas are the most luxurious golf villas available at the Resort, plus they have a superb location, next door to the resort golf clubhouse. Our Villa at Rio Mar Village is a private property located within the 481 acres facilities of the Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort, Spa & Casino, one of the most beautiful resorts in the island.
VILLA DESCRIPTION
- Two bedroom villa (each with private bathroom).
- Fully furnished, integrated with security system, A/C, Internet Wi Fi, TV with cable and Bluetooth Speakers.
- Master bedroom has a King size bed, walk-in closet, a huge private bathroom, and an exit to the terrace.
- Terrace views the Golf course and Rain Forest and it is furnished as well (BBQ included).
- Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, convection oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and pots and pans. Washer and Dryer.
- Villa includes 2 parkings and two visitors parkings
VILLA AMENITIES
- Common areas which includes a private Pool including a kid’s pool, a gazebo, lounge chairs, and 6 charcoal BBQ’s for your use. If you have kids, next to it you will find a playground.
- Golf Club is located 100 meters from the Villa. We recommend Iguana's Pub at the Golf Club.
- Hotel restaurants, bars and casino can be accessed when renting the villa
- Other facilities such as golf and tennis courts can be used for a small fee
- Hotel Shuttle departs from Golf Club every 15 minutes and you can ride the shuttle all over the hotel and beach.
- Optional: 4 passengers Golf Cart (not included in rent).
Located across the highway from the 'El Yunque National Rainforest' where you can enjoy hiking to waterfalls and mountain peaks,swim in its cold waters and plan for rappelling and zip lining excursions.
Horseback riding and four track excursions throughout the beautiful mountain slopes and rivers of El Yunque.
Visit the outer islands of Vieques and Culebra where you will find Flamingo Beach, the third most beautiful beach in the world according to the Travel Channel.
Kayak at night the eastern Bio Bays of Puerto Rico in Fajardo and Vieques.
Fifteen minutes from a Designers Outlet Mall and 30 minutes from San Juan International Airport.

- Check In: 4 pm./Check Out: 11 a.m.
- Required Stay: 3 nights
- Deposits: Reservations are posted with 40% of total fee. Full fee should be paid 30 days prior to arrival day. Refundable 40% deposit if notified 30 days prior to arrival day. $300 Damage deposit for loss or damage refundable within 1 week after departure upon inspection. .
- Other Fees: $150.00 cleaning fee

Very nice stay in Rio MarWe spent a week at this VRBO in Rio Mar and overall had a very nice stay. The location is excellent—safe, quiet, and well maintained—with convenient access to the Wyndham Rio Mar resort, beaches, and nearby dining. It was a great base for both relaxing and exploring the island.The unit was clean and well-equipped, and everything worked as expected. The furnishings are a bit older and the beds were comfortable enough but nothing exceptional. That said, the space was functional, comfortable, and met our needs well for a weeklong stay.Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in and check-out were easy.Overall, a solid and enjoyable rental in a great location, and we would happily return.

This was our 2nd time staying at Maria's property in the Rio Mar resort community. It is very comfortable for a family of four. Looking forward to another return trip.

The Property Mgr was very helpful in every aspect of renting the villa. The villa was very comfortable and the location was perfect. The availability of the golf cart was extremely important for getting to the beach and hotel restaurants. We rank this villa very high.

Property was as described. Hosts were incredibly responsive. Unit was comfortable. Terrace was especially nice to sit on. Only challenge is the restrictions on guests (which the hosts were clear about from the start so there were no surprises). Being from PR, we have family there we would have liked to invite over but that was not possible. However, the resort itself had lots of options for meeting places or you could drive just a few miles to the kioskos of Luquillo.
