style, atmosphere, restaurant and service
- location in the “middle of nowhere”
- outside unuseable, as the surrounding is full of flies due to natural fertilizing
bathroom totally unpractical, suite interior furniture generally catastrophic and unuseable
- price is much too high

The hotel is in a beautiful setting and the room was very well appointed. The staff are attentive and helpful, especially those in the restaurant.
The bar service was rather slow, it really needs more than one attendant. Small children, under 3’s really don’t work in a formal restaurant in the evening, however pretty their dress.

The beauty, the history, the food, the pool, the facilities and the staff. Especially guest relations team member Elisa who exceeded in her role by assisting and planning a wonderful experience for us.
