About this house rental
Spacious house with private pool and its view of the pretty village of Saint Jeannet, quiet, in a residential area. Modern furniture.
Enclosed garden 1500 m² with space to park several cars. Shops 2 minutes away. Sea 10 minutes away. Airport 15 km, Nice 15 minutes away. River 10 minutes away.
Many restaurants and pretty villages around: Saint Paul de Vence, Saint Jeannet, Vence, Tourette sur Loup, etc easy motorway access in 10 minutes to visit Nice, Cannes, Monaco, Antibes, Grasse etc
The accommodation
Light and bright, the house has 3 spacious bedrooms + 3 bathrooms, two of which are on the first floor and a large one upstairs. Each bedroom has direct access to the garden or terrace. 3 double beds, one of which is queen size and an extra bed. Large living room with open space kitchen.
You have access to the entire house. Quiet residential area it will have to be respected.
There is a private petanque court (with a view of the village) and boules games available to liven up your evenings. Barbecue also available.

What wonderful accommodation. The photos definitely do not do the house justice - it is really lovely. The beds were really comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and it is in a wonderful location. The outdoor space is also amazing - the pool was great, the views of the mountain stunning and loads of seating space.
Vidji was great, fantastic communication, no question was a bother and he gave us great recommendations for places to visit.
Highly recommend staying here.
One note - no TV or towels provided - I'm not sure that was specified in the advert but did not spoil our enjoyment.

The property is very nice and looks better than in the pictures. In the house is everything that you need, but the highlight is the pool area. The region around the property is quiet and very beautiful. There are enough places for grocery shopping, restaurant's and bars. Nice is about 30 minutes away by car.
