The perfect villa for holidays with family or friends, situated in a very peaceful and sunny setting. With a large garden, swimming pool, pool house and play areas for children, there is something for everyone to relax in. The property offers exceptional views of the surrounding mountains and stunning sunsets every evening. High-speed broadband, ideal for remote working, and beaches just 10 minutes away make for a stay combining comfort, relaxation and conviviality.
Situated in the heart of the French Riviera, on the hills above Nice, between the sea and the mountains, Villa Angel offers an exceptional setting on the Côte d’Azur. You will stay in a large, self-contained 100 m² apartment, not overlooked, in absolute tranquillity and bathed in sunshine all day until sunset.
The property comprises two completely separate units, set within a large garden planted with olive, orange and palm trees. You’ll have access to a large, private and secure swimming pool, a pool house with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue, a pétanque court, a children’s play area (swing), as well as private and secure parking. The property is fully fenced, making it ideal for families, holidays with friends and travellers with pets.
Only the first floor is available for rent, with completely separate access. The second property is occupied solely by the owners. Access to the swimming pool, pool house and garden is unrestricted and entirely private.
The 100 m² air-conditioned apartment comprises a spacious, light-filled living area with an open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms each fitted with a comfortable 160x200 cm double bed, and a very comfortable 160 cm sofa in the living room, accommodating up to 6 people. A bathroom with a large shower, a separate toilet and a very large sun terrace complete the property. From this terrace, you can enjoy exceptional views of the Nice hinterland, the Baous de Saint-Jeannet, the Col de Vence, the Cap d’Antibes, as well as a lovely glimpse of the sea. It is ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner, a barbecue, relaxing in the sun or sharing a superb aperitif as the sun sets.
The villa is also perfectly suited to sports enthusiasts. La Gaude is an ideal starting point for exploring the Nice hinterland by bike, with numerous routes popular with cyclists. Running enthusiasts will also appreciate the region, which hosts numerous races, half-marathons and marathons throughout the year in an exceptional natural setting.

We stayed for 2 weeks and we had a very good time. The property and view where beautifull. We had 2 dogs with us and it was very dog friendly with a beautifull garden. The communication with Olivier was very good. For a perfect holliday, we would certainly recommend this!

Beautiful property! Everything is as listed - VERY clean and comfortable. The garden and pool area are amazing…just wish the weather had been nicer so we could have used it more, but that’s something no one can control :) The balcony, however, was excellent and used a lot!
