Close to shops, transport and right in front of the beach, this flat is perfect if you want to relax in the South.
This 70 sq. m apartment is located on the 6th floor with a lift and includes:
- a cosy living room with a comfortable one person sofa bed,
- a balcony with a splendid view overlooking the bay of Antibes,
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a bedroom with two single beds,
- a fully equipped kitchen (stoves, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwaves, dishwasher, kettle),
- a bathroom with a tub,
- hoover, hairdryer, washing machine, ironing facilities,
- TV, Wi-Fi, fan,
- an underground parking lot.
Note that the building dates from the 1960s, so the sound and heat insulation is not perfect.
→ Hotel quality cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure.
→ Our guests will be provided with all the essentials for comfort and hygiene such as bed linen, towels, soap, shampoo

The apartment is located at the edge of the Mediterranean seafront, along the pedestrian promenade from Nice to Villeneuve-Loubet, close to the Hippodrome. You will be able to access easily to a couple of well-known attractions like Marineland, the old Antibes and the Picasso museum of Antibes.
On the seashore, you will find many restaurants, bars, shopping centers and at the foot of the building, there are dozens of restaurants, cafes, bakeries, snacks, games for children, bike rentals as to not miss a second of the southern sun !

- Cagnes sur mer train station : 15min walk
- International airport Nice Côte d'Azur : 10min by car or 30min by bus.

Really beautiful, clean and stocked apartment on the beach. Everything close and a quick taxi to downtown Nice, although you have everything you need in Cagnes Sur Mer. Thank you for sharing your home!

Apartment enjoys tremendous views. Great location for travelling up and down the Cote D'Azur. Apartment had every conceivable appliance My only gripe is that having told Wellkeys we would arrive between 1600 and 1700 hrs the host was late and did not arrive until 1740 after several texts and calls. Secondly there was no instructions from the host on how to access the internet and again we had to text to find out the procedure.
Located near supermarkets, restaurants and the train station and very near Nice airport. We would certainly go again as it is competitively price.
