Quiet, in a beautiful landscaped park, this apartment harmoniously decorated and equipped with every comfort and air conditioning, is 10 minutes walk from the sea and 5 minutes from shops. It consists of 3 large rooms of 15 m2 (including a room where you will find a piano), 1 dining-room / lounge, 1 terrace facing west (in front of the living room) and a long balcony side rooms exposed to the east, 1 bathroom and 1 bathroom. 1 equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer) 1wc independent, 1wc in s. d.b. It is equipped with internet. There is a closed garage for a vehicle. For your comfort, you will find full closets (groceries, washing products, breakfasts and toiletries -douche and shampoo).

Our hosts, Yves and Agnes, met us at the property and were very kind and welcoming which included leaving some groceries for our first breakfast. The apartment was spotless and spacious with everything we needed including mats and umbrellas for the beach. Comfortable beds in a quiet building gave good night sleeps. For two weeks we had over 30°C every day so the air conditioning was a welcome relief. We purchased a two week ticket for public transport and are glad we stayed in this area rather than in the centre of Nice. Thanks to our hosts Agnes and Yves and we would certainly consider staying with them again.

The perfect apartment for our 2 week stay. Large floor plan, great amenities, and close to everything we needed. Hosts met us on arrival and were very gracious as we had a 2 hour delay at the car rental as well as on departure. They were available if we needed anything, which we did not. Thank you for a great stay!

The accomodation exceeded the expectations what we had. The house was very well equipped, clean, well located, spacious, quiet and the communication with the lessor worked well.

The condo was equipped with everything we needed and the hosts even provided some food for our first breakfast which was very much appreciated. The air conditioning was so helpful with sleeping as it was very, very hot while we were there. It had a space in the underground parking area and it was close to the beach, restaurants, groceries, and shops. Yves and Agnes were wonderful hosts. We will definitely try to stay with them again the next time we visit Cagnes.

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille avec trois enfants dans l’appartement de M. et Mme Maubuchon. Les propriétaires sont très prévenants et vous accueillent avec le sourire. Ils vous délivrent une multitude de conseils sur les belles découvertes à faire dans la région. L’appartement est calme et bien placé à 10 min à pied de la plage. Il a tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie de bonne qualité. La climatisation est vraiment un plus pour l’été, nous l’avons beaucoup appréciée. Ils mettent à disposition une foule de choses très pratiques comme les matelas de plage qui sont idéaux pour s’installer confortablement à la plage. Le garage dans la résidence est aussi un plus pour une région très convoitée par les vacanciers. Nous ne pouvons que vous recommander de choisir ce logement si vous voulez découvrir la région.

Nous avons séjournés 10 jours dans l'appartement de Mme et Mr Maubuchon. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement, tout est conforme à l'annonce. Les chambres sont spacieuses et climatisées ainsi que le reste de l'appartement. Literie de très bonne qualité et tout le nécessaire à disposition. Nous recommandons ce logement pour son emplacement proche mer et centre ville et pour l'accueil très sympathique

L'appartement est très spacieux, bien équipé, et les propriétaires nous ont laissé tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour notre séjour. La climatisation est incontournable pour passer les nuits d'été dans le confort. Les jardins sont très agréables, et la zone est assez calme. L'accueil par les propriétaires était excellent. S'il nous arrive de passer des vacances en famille dans la même région, nous allons certainement considérer cet appartement comme option.

We had a wondrful vacation in Cagnes-sur-mer! The apartment was perfectly located close to the city centre, the old town and the beach. It was also easy to get the bus or the train to take a trip somewhere else. The beach was clean and nice and the people friendly. Très bel appartement spacieux et confortable avec une grande terrasse et décoré avec goût. Literie excellente. L'appartement est idéalement situé 5 mns à pied du centre de Cagnes et 15 mns des plages. L'accueil des propriétaires est très chaleureux et ils nous font même repérer les environs ils sont très prévenants. Merci Agnès et Yves pour cet agréable séjour.

L' appartement est tout confort et l'accueil d'Agnes et Yves a ete particulierement chaleureux. Il y a tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin dans ce grand appartement idealement situe dans une residence au calme. Tout est accessible a pied. Centre ville a 5 minutes, plage a 5-10 minutes le long d'un canal pieton. Agnes et Yves ont egalement ete tres arrangeant avant et pendant le sejour (nous avions un bebe). Apres l'accueil dans l'appartement, Agnes et Yves nous ont meme montre le centre ville de Cagnes et les commercants ou ils ont leurs habitudes.- tres sympa. Nous les remercions a nouveau et recommendons tres vivement cet appartement. Benjamin

Bel appartement dans un endroit calme et proche de toute commodité. Accueil particulièrement agréable et à l'écoute de toute nécessité. Peut-être simplement revoir la chaleur de l'eau côté espace douche. A conseiller

Accueil très agréable, Me et Mme Maubuchon ont été très gentil. L'appartement est très grand pas besoin de voiture tout se fait à pieds que se soit pour aller a la mer ou en ville, c'est très agréable. La climatisation est individuelle dans chaque chambre et le salon c'est très bien. A notre arrivé les propriétaires avait mis des viennoiseries au congélateur tout était là pour un petit déjeuner, même les tapis de plage étaient à notre disposition. Merci pour ce superbe séjour
