Villa Castel is at the foot of the Haut de Cagnes castle, in a quiet area minutes from the sea, old town, and center. Cagnes-sur-Mer, between Cannes and Nice, is perfect for exploring the Côte d’Azur. The airport is 15 minutes by car or 30 minutes by bus, and the SNCF train station is a 15-minute walk.



Ideal for families, this 86 m² upper villa has a private entrance and exclusive outdoor space with terrace, balcony, garden furniture, pergola, sun loungers, and barbecue. Renovated in 2022, it features central air conditioning in every bedroom and the living room, 3 bedrooms including a master suite with shower room, a bathroom, separate toilet, and an open kitchen with a spacious living area. There are eight beds (2 doubles, 1 bunk bed, 2 twins) and essential equipment: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, dedicated workspace. The kitchen is fully equipped and high-speed Wi-Fi is included, suitable for long stays. Self check-in is possible, and the interior is all on one level for easy access.



Bed linen (sheets, towels, one set per week) and Wi-Fi are included. On request, at no extra charge, a baby bed, high chair, child safety barriers, and toys for ages 1-3 are available.



No parties allowed (including bachelor/bachelorette events).

Villa Castel is in a private residence. Two free parking spaces are in front of the villa. The hosts live on site on the ground floor and are available if needed while respecting your privacy. Independent access to the villa.



Beaches are a 20-minute walk or 5-minute drive. Bus stop and town center 2 minutes on foot. Haut-de-Cagnes village and Grimaldi castle 10 minutes on foot. Free shuttles to Haut de Cagnes and the beach every 30 minutes in July and August. Tennis court 15 minutes on foot.
