Fantastic value on tge waterfront. Hard to get a better price

Right on the esplanade. Lots of eateries and bars nearby. 10 mins to train for Nice, Monaco or Cannes. Great double glazing to cut out road noise. Balcony and garden area to relax on.

It was magnificient

It was uncomplicated, the Keys were easily to find in the postbox with a code. The Loft is perfect for a couple or 2 People, we had a big Room with a large bed, a kitchen and a balcony with a splendid Seeview. In the Kitchen u can find everything for cooking but also a coffeemachine so you can have your breakfast and drink your Espresso with the magnificient Seaside View. The best Restaurants were also located in the Area Cros de Cagnes and Nice was easily with the Bus/Tram (20min) to reach. The Loft had also a nice decoration and nice hammock with seaside view of course. For us it was the perfect place in la côtes d'Azur.

4 days was too short, next time we will stay 2 weeks

Lovely little place

Lovely host allowed us in room earlier on arrival which we didn't expect and offered us a drink. Very helpful and nice but not intrusive. Great location by the beach (you can see the beach over the road from the living space room) and restaurants. Very well equipped little place even had a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine and chairs to take to the beach. Would def recommend. Perfect base for Monaco, Nice, Antibes, Cannes and other lovely spots on the cote d azur and train and bus routes are accessible.

Feeling home in a great location with very nice hosts !

Very friendly & courteous hosts, very clean, superb decoration, comfort, spacious, great food at the restaurant, lot of activities around the property, excellent central location and wonderful sea view !

Ottima soluzione per una coppia o un singolo, per godersi la Costa Azzurra o la città di Nizza.

ottima posizione di fronte al lungomare di Cros de Cagnes, mezzi pubblici per Nizza nelle vicinanze, ca 1km dalla stazione di Cros de C. Monolocale comodo e ben fornito con tutto il necessario. Gradevole terrazza con tavolino con vista mare.

Mi avrebbe fatto piacere incontrare i proprietari/gestori ma non è un problema. Per il resto nessuna pecca.

Confortable 2 pièces avec vue sur la mer. Bien situé par rapport aux gares/mer/restaurants/services.

J'ai apprécié la vue sur la mer de la porte donnant directement sur la promenade longeant la plage. Propreté impeccable! Petites pièces mais tout est très bien pensé pour optimiser l'espace (salle de bain avec douche/sèche serviette/douchette sur WC/ séchoir à cheveux- Cuisine avec grille pain /bouilloire/ machine à café/ plaque 2 ronds à induction/2 chaises et une banquette. Lit queen très confortable avec literie de qualité. Le nécessaire était disponible pour la préparation de repas (poêlon, chaudrons etc ainsi que sel, poivre, huile) et capsules de café et tisanes/thés. Parfait pour mon séjour d'exploration de la côte d'azur!

J'ai reçu le message pour le code d'accès à l'établissement après 9h30 le matin de mon arrivée et je n'avais plus accès à du wifi pour obtenir ce code. J'aurais apprécié qu'il me soit envoyé dans la nuit avant mon arrivée et j'y aurais eu accès le matin. L'espace pour déposer les bagages : j'ai déplacé les décorations du meuble de la chambre afin d'avoir une surface où déposer sac et objets personnels. Il n'y avait pas de four (seulement micro-ondes). La vaisselle rangée en hauteur était un peu difficile d'accès pour personne de petite taille ; )

le jardin est à partager avec les autres logements, manquant d’intimité. Dommage que ce ne soit pas précisé dans l’annonce, les photos pouvant prêter à confusion.Un freezer avec des glaçons serait le bienvenu

posizione ottima,casa arredata con gusto,spazi ampi,dotata di tutto il necessario e oltre ,pulita e accessorita per ogni esigenza..

nulla da dire ,la casa è pulita con asciugamani morbidi i letti sono comodi la sala e ampia ,la cucina attrezzata,e la vista mare dalle camere.il giardinetto molto carino e pratico per stendere le cose o sedersi la sera per leggere o altro.... si attraversa la strada e si è gia in spiaggia.

Appartamento fronte mare

Appartamento fronte mare, basta attraversare la strada e c'è la spiaggia libera e mai affollata. Check-in in autonomia con codici per il ritiro delle chiavi. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un litro di acqua fresca in frigo e anche qualche frutto e dolcetto. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili.

Mancanza di bidet, ma c'era la doccetta vicino al water.

Parasol et sièges pour la plage propreté

Le logement C de 50 M2 est un ancien restaurant transformé au RDC ce qui explique le manque d’aération, appartement très sombre avec une seule et vraie fenêtre ouvrant sur extérieur vers la petite cour, l’appartement sent l’humidité et le renfermé, normal car il n'y a pas de fenêtre dans la cuisine, de plus la VMC de la mini salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas. la cuisine est totalement sombre et odorante .Cet établissement ne correspond pas du tout aux photos de l’annonce, il y a pour moi tromperie sur l offre, les photos sont mélangées avec les autres pièces de l'appartement A de 30 m2 de la même villa . le plafond de la chambre fait moins de 1,75 m. Sensation d’étouffement dans cet appartement Un bruit de voitures incessant, jour et nuit, mauvaise insonorisation. nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la petite cour si joliment prise en photo à cause des nuisances sonores. Nous n’avons pas fermé l’œil pendant ces deux jours. Nous avons demandé des solutions aux propriétaires. Ils nous ont répondu qu’il fallait mettre les lampes et lumières et faire fonctionner la hotte aspirante , en permanence pour enlever la mauvaise odeur. puis la propriétaire est partie rapidement me disant " vous avez raison mais je ne peux rien faire "Sic nous avons dû louer une chambre dans l'hôtel a proximité pour pouvoir dormir. un scandale ! je demande un remboursement

Wir waren überrascht über die kleine aber feine Unterkunft. Sehr zu Empfehlen. Wenn sich die Gelegenheit noch mal anbieten würde kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder auf diese Unterkunft zurück.

Ganz toller Aufenthalt in wunderschöner Lage!!

Charmante kleine Wohnung direkt am Meer. Man kann direkt über die Straße gehen und ins Meer springen. Nizza und Antibes sind in 10 Minuten erreicht, man kann sogar mit dem Bus hinfahren. Trotz der vielbefahrenen Straße ruhig, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.

Keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im kleinen Bad, aber nicht schlimm.

das zimmer ist sehr ringhörig. im haus hörte man geräusche von geräten. von den personen im stock oberhalb hörte man jeden schritt.
