About this villa rental
Villa Belize combines comfort, premium location and a perfect setting for an unforgettable holiday in Albufeira. Located in the vibrant Jacarandá complex, in the heart of Oura, this 2-bedroom villa puts you just a few steps away from restaurants, bars, shops, entertainment and just a 5-minute walk from the beach, with Albufeira town centre about 2.5 km away.
The interior is bright and welcoming, with a spacious living room that invites moments of rest with family or friends, with direct access to the outside. The two bedrooms, both with air conditioning, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, guarantee peaceful nights and maximum comfort. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, so you have everything you need during your stay.
On the exterior, the villa offers an outdoor dining area with a barbecue, free Wi-Fi and a private heated swimming pool (for an additional fee), ideal for relaxing and making the most of the Algarve climate at any time of year.
The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).
If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.
This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.
Group deposit: €250 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.
Please note that the occupancy of this property is for 4 guests.
From the 5th to the 6th guest, an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.
According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
