About this house rental
“Tides-N-Tunes” was completed in the spring of 2023. This newly constructed home is located gulf front on Indian Pass. With 6 bedrooms, 5 ½ bathrooms, a private pool and loads of premium finishes you can host a party of eighteen in comfort. All bedrooms have their own private access to gulf front balconies and the water’s edge is just a few steps down the private boardwalk.
If you are familiar with Indian pass, you know this is as quiet and peaceful a venue as you can find on the gulf coast of Florida. Surf fishing is popular right on the beach. Charter a boat or bring your own; the launch is less than a mile down the road. The world-famous Indian Pass Raw Bar is just around the corner with live music, local seafood and plenty to wash it down.

This house was very accommodating with plenty of space for our family of 4 couples and 3 children. Several family members love to cook breakfast and dinner for everyone and the kitchen was ideal for our needs. I believe it is the most closely located house to the beach. It was perfectly located for the oldest and youngest to easily get to and from the beach and this was very important to our family. The view of the sunrises and sunsets were spectacular. We will certainly recommend to friends and hope to rent this house again.

Tide-N-Tunes did not disappoint! The ocean views were spectacular! The house was clean and well maintained. The elevator was very convenient for moving luggage and groceries. The beds were clean and comfortable with an ocean view from each floor. HVAC, showers, and all appliances in good working condition. The pool was clean and great for cooling off from a day in the sun. The oven runs a little hot so be sure to keep the vent hood running while using. We have been visiting Indian Pass for the past 20 years and this house by far is the best we have ever stayed. Already planning our trip for next summer!

Location and house were great for a beach vacation. The refrigerator is small for a group of 15. THe Hot water supply is poor and almost non existent in the Kitchen. It would be helpful to have a vacuum cleaner available for guest to clean up Sand during the visit. The cleaning team did a great job of prepping the house on our arrival.
Check in was suppose to be 4:00 PM but we were not able to get into the house until 6:30, due to previous guest leaving the house in awful condition. Not the cleaning teams fault. Management did not contact us or warn us of the delay.
My only complaint is that the Be Our GUest representative was horribly rude and difficult to deal with including settling the final charges. We loved the house but not dealing with the management. Look elsewhere.
