Beach Crest, consists of a kitchen/diner with range with gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, dining seating for 10, a TV, a utility with washing machine, a sitting room with TV, and a games room/cinema room with dartsboard, and pool table. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with en-suite basin and WC, two ground-floor doubles, one with TV and en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, and a double and a twin room, along with a bathroom with freestanding bath and a shower room. Outside, there is a rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture, gas barbecue, and hot tub, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1 mile, a pub and beach, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
