Świetna lokalizacja — w odległości spaceru od centrum średniowiecznego San Gemini, przepięknego miasteczka z wyjątkowym klimatem. Blisko również do marketu Conad. Świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Umbrii. Miejsce parkingowe w garażu i przestronny, słoneczny taras. Na plus również moskitiery we wszystkich oknach i świetnie działająca klimatyzacja. Największy plus to jednak gospodarze — niezwykle mili, dostępni i bardzo pomocni. Zdecydowanie polecam!

È un'appartamento veramente bellissimo. Tenuto benissimo e con tutto ciò che serve. Terrazze, giardino e due condizionatori. Quasi perfetto.
Peccato l'assenza della colazione. Unica mancanza.

Casa molto grande e spaziosa, bellissimi i terrazzini. C'erano tutte le dotazioni necessarie, anche olio e spezie per cucinare
