Proche des resto, bars, aéroport sans nuisance, mer, axes routiers.
Bien pour un couple, à 4 trop peu d'intimité. Nous étions 2 donc c'était bien. Mezzanine un peu basse donc à éviter si on est très grand ou pb de dos.
