Ideally located at the entrance to the resort of PORTICCIO, 5 minutes from the beaches and shops, 10 minutes from the airport, 2 minutes from the golf course, and 15 minutes from the port of Ajaccio and the main roads to visit Corsica.
The semi-underground apartment on the first floor is bright due to its exposure and its windows open to the south, it is temperate and pleasant during hot weather. It has access and private parking inside the property, facing south.
It is accessed by the path (in a dead end, very quiet) of the Rotolo cheese dairy. The apartment is fully equipped (kitchen, living room) and air-conditioned.
It has 2 independent bedrooms (a large king size bed 180x200, 2 beds 90x200) + a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. Possibility of a child's bed and car seat (contact us).
The private garden with a wooden terrace and a pergola allows you to take your meals while enjoying the view of the maquis and to admire the sunsets over the Sanguinaires Islands. Access to the swimming pool is to be discussed according to availability (contact us).
The rates per night are 120 for 4/5 people (except high season).
For 2 people, the price per night is 110 euros. (80 in low season) Bed linen and towels are provided.
For stays of more than one week, a flat rate of 60 euros will be required.
