A lovely, bright, air-conditioned duplex in a pleasant residence in the heart of the seaside resort of Porticcio, located 250 meters from the beach.
This ground-floor duplex sleeps 4 (one double bed and two single beds on the mezzanine, or two double beds), and features a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine,
a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, and a terrace with a table and umbrella.
Ideally located, just a 5-minute walk from the beach, the residence offers an exceptional setting
A car is not necessary.
In the center of Porticcio, you can enjoy all kinds of sports activities (boating, diving, horseback riding, etc.), restaurants, shops, and various amenities.
The city of Ajaccio is a 15-minute drive away (by bus or ferry), and the airport is 10 minutes away.
