About this apartment rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming, air-conditioned flat for rent in Grosseto-Prugna, less than a kilometre from the beach. It measures 40 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a small garden of around 10 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
All rooms in the house are on one level.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
– A 15 m² air-conditioned living area with a sitting and dining area, a TV and a high-end double sofa bed (140x190).
– A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
– An air-conditioned master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200).
– A bathroom adjoining the bedroom, divided into two areas: one with a bath and double washbasins, opening onto the bedroom, and one with a shower and toilet, separated by a sliding door.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide: a barbecue, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
– A 10m² north-east-facing garden with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally situated in Grosseto-Prugna, in a quiet residential neighbourhood. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
