There was no staying, no helping, no communication. It was practically a fraud to get booking-money

There was no staying, no helping, no communication. It was practically a fraud to get booking-money. ---- It was practically impossible with the poorly documented information on the booking. There were only 4-digit number with this sentence "The keys were hidden in a secret location". Up on arrival, there was no sign of hotel/LUX/property-for-booking at all. It was an (really-really-old-and-dirty) apartment building which have more apartments with pinlock spreading on 3 floors ( and mostly without name). When we came, the neighboor seems to notice us, opened the door and looked and just shut the door. I knocked the door and wanted to ask if they know the property owner or property-for-booking, but they didn't open the door or answered ( i guess it may be this "guy" ). ---- There are no name-labelling on most of the apartments. The building is creepy. The phone number does not exist, whatsapp as they mentioned in description is not working. The communication via booking message system yield no answer at all. ----- I dont understand why booking still let this kind of property be available ( after so many reviews )

Not worth the money.

Location was good, nice and quiet

The room had smashed windows on the front door and bathroom, this had obviously been done by someone trying to gain access to the apartment. The windows were covered with cardboard, so easily accessed by anyone. The apartment wasn't very clean, we had to wash all the cups and glasses before using, the shower leaked water on the floor as the doors weren't sealed. Lights didn't work. Broken dishwasher Broken toilet seat Broken table, it comes away from the wall making it unsafe. Lots of fixtures & fittings are broken. No internet, this was needed to work, sent messages to the owner, no replies. This place is great for location, but it's far too expensively priced for one night, €86 is because of the location, not the apartment. Lots need sorting before you command these prices.

It was very dirty, very cold (even though the heating was on), very used mattress, a very old bed, and old furniture, the kitchen was dirty as just used and not cleaned, the check-in was not easy, no instructions for wifi or how to check in out, the building was very old. Do not go to this establishment, otherwise your day or days will be ruined. 😡 😠 Over all very bad experience for me.

Beautiful apartment.

Rooms and location...the host is also nice and very accomodating...kitchen is fully equipt with what you will need...the bed is so comfortable that i sleep really good.my hasband loves the chocolate and coffee machine.so thoughtful ..such a waste that we stay for just 1night.i could have stay more days if i had a chance but we are just passing by to see basel real quick...i can recommend this place for its close to transportation going to basel..

Nothing special..maybe the pillows are too soft..little bit dusty in the toilet.and some maybe spatula is missing that you can use when frying...🙈 Im just scared that i will scratch the frying pan.

Perfect stay!

Lovely studio apartment, very clean. It has everything you need, a well equipped kitchen, washing machine and a good bed, rain shower. Super close to the highway and close to Bazel. Also the host is very helpful and kind

It’s quite noisy, you can hear the neighbours talk and it’s in front of a school so if you are a light sleeper (like me) bring some earplugs.

Schmutzige Wohnung mit Zigarettenrauchambiente

Wir kamen problemlos in die Wohnung mit einer Schlüsselbox.

Die Wohnung war sehr schmutzig, es roch nach Rauch und wir haben nicht dort übernachten wollen. Vermieter reagierte nicht mehr auf Nachrichten. Das Gebäude bist insgesamt etwas heruntergekommen und Nachts möchte ich dort nicht unterwegs sein.

Lage war gut

Gereinigt wurde die Wohnung mit Sicherheit nicht, bevor wir ankamen. Wir sind wirklich nicht empfindlich, aber wir mussten erst mal Putzmittel und einen Lappen kaufen um das Bad zu putzen, das war ekelhaft. Toilette, Dusche, Waschbecken, sogar die Ablageflächen waren verschmutzt. Auf der Fensterbank alles voll mit toten Fiegen, einmal drüber gewischt und der Lappen war fast schwarz. Ums Bett herum das selbe, mm-dick Staub drauf. Die Küche haben wir deshalb überhaupt nicht genutzt. Im Schrank war ein Fachboden rausgebrochen, aber egal, wir haben deshalb nicht mal ausgepackt. Schlafen, duschen, gehen - für 2 Nächte musste das funktionieren.

Het was er vies. Schimmel in de douche en in de keuken kastjes. Ongelooflijk vies matras van het bed. Wc bril los Keuken zonder keuken textiel. Tv niet werkend. Geen wifi, vies oud balkon. Doucheputje verstopt het water liep zo de badkamer in.

Enttäuschend

Das Bett war gut.

Die Wohnung war nicht gut geputzt, der Fußboden klebte und ebenfalls die Küche. Wir waren zuvor zwei Wochen in Frankreich und hatten uns auf deutsches Fernsehen gefreut, die Fernbedienung fehlte jedoch, wir haben die ganze Wohnung abgesucht, sie wat nicht da und ich habe es sofort per SMS gemeldet, jedoch keine Antwort erhalten. Der Fernseher war nicht am Apparat zu bedienen.

Dat we zelf konden koken en het bed lag goed. Al was beddengoed wat rommelig!

De hygiëne!! Toegangscode (sleutel) moesten we lang op wachten. Contact met eigenaar was niet mogelijk, nam geen telefoon op. Uiteindelijk Booking.com moeten bellen!

Absoluter Betrug – niemals hier buchen! Ich habe das Hotel über Booking.com gebucht und stand bereits direkt vor dem Hotel, als ich plötzlich eine Nachricht erhielt, dass ich nicht mehr einchecken kann, weil angeblich ein Fehler unterlaufen sei. Keine Entschuldigung, keine Lösung, nichts! Ich musste noch am selben Tag spontan ein anderes Hotel buchen, auf eigene Kosten. Auf meine Frage, ob ich ein anderes Hotel der Kette nutzen kann – keine Antwort. Auf meine mehrfachen Anfragen zur Rückerstattung des bezahlten Geldes – bis heute keine einzige Reaktion! Ich habe sogar einen Streitfall bei PayPal eröffnet, aber der Betreiber hat einfach behauptet, die Leistung sei erbracht worden – obwohl ich nicht einmal ein Zimmer bekommen habe! Die Chatverläufe beweisen das Gegenteil, doch ich habe kein Geld zurückbekommen. Das ist eine absolute Frechheit und grenzt an dreisten Betrug. Der Betreiber ignoriert jede Nachricht, übernimmt keinerlei Verantwortung und kassiert einfach das Geld. Wer hier bucht, riskiert, komplett abgezockt zu werden. Fazit: Finger weg! Nie wieder! Dieses Hotel sollte aus allen Buchungsplattformen verbannt werden.

호스트가 연락이 늦는 정도가 아닌 안받았음.

숙소 바로 앞에서 3시간 기다렸습니다. 근데 체크인 방법은 커녕 연락도 아예 안받더군요. 호스트의 노쇼로 숙소 앞에서기다리고 기다리다 지쳐서 그 위치에서 걸어서 30분 걸리는 다른 숙소로 빨리 예약해서 들어갔습니다. 정말 여행중에 기억에 남을 정도로 최악인 경험입니다. 가격이 싸다고 예약하시려는 분들은 다시 한번 생각해보시길 바랍니다.

Vieles. Es war schmutzig. Wir hatten 2 zimmer gebucht und es war nur ein zimmer mussten dann zu 4 in einem raum schlafen. Ein kopfkissen hat gefehlt. Badezimmer war sehr dreckig und die klobille war lose. Fernbedienung für den fernseher war nicht da. Balkon nicht zugänglich weil der rolladen abgebrochen war und den durchgang versperrt hat. In der wohnung schimmelt es. Nach check in war der vermieter nicht mehr erreichbar.

La posizione dell’alloggio molto comoda e vicina alla frontiera

Struttura freddissima, ho dovuto dormire vestito! Chiamato il proprietario ma nessuna azione! Mancavano spugnette e canovacci per la cucina, cucina e stoviglie sporche (ho dovuto lavarle prima di utilizzarle), nessuna gruccia per gli abiti, lavatrice sporca. Pareti della cucina piene di unto e di macchie. Host non molto cortese. Vicini che facevano festa e paravano ad alta voce sulle scale.

Für eine Übernachtung war es ganz ok aber ich glaub für ein paar Tage wäre es nichts für mich

Gefallen hat uns die Ausstattung das war für den Preis super auch das ein Getränk da war fanden wir super.

Die Sauberkeit und Hygiene war nicht so ganz toll der Herd war nicht sauber auch das Bad war nicht so sauber es roch sehr moderig im Zimmer was wir auf die Feuchtigkeit zurück führen würden. Morgens an den Fenstern innen war es überall nass das war an der Balkon Türe extrem da legte ich morgens auch ein Badetuch hin da dort das Wasser richtung Bett lief.
