Breakfast superb, we requested bacon to be well done which it was.
No red Bush tea. We did not know whether we were allowed to go into garden or whether we could go in sitting room as Sally did not advise on arrival so we stayed in our bedroom on a lovely sunny evening.

Merely a suggestion, although wasn’t a huge deal I’d have preferred it when choosing time slot for breakfast it would be made aware when the other guests are having there’s within the same room.

An absolute gem in North Devon
Everything was fantastic at Appleton House. A very clean, modern house with an exceptional host. Lovely spacious room, unspoiled views. A big comfortable bed followed by a great breakfast. Couldn't ask for any more. Thank you Sally

Amazing and peaceful spot
immaculately clean and beautiful rooms. The bed was incredible comfy and it’s a lovely peaceful location. Sally’s hospitality was great and breakfast was brilliant.
You will need a car as there isn’t much in walking distance.
