Lascaris Prestige, T2, 2P, PK, Port et Promenade

Posizione ottima, appartamento davvero bello e dotato di tutti i servizi. Tutto nuovo e ben tenuto. Zona molto carina piena di locali e bella gente. Zona silenziosa e stanza con aria condizionata. Staff da 10+, sempre disponibile e cordiale.

Al mio arrivo la pulizia del locale non era eccelsa, ma avevo chiesto di entrare anticipatamente, quindi può anche starci che abbiano fatto di corsa per accontentarmi. Purtroppo lavatrice non utilizzabile, ma per un soggiorno breve non importa, ci si può portare i panni sporchi a casa.

Très bon emplacement, appartement propre et confortable.

Malheureusement la Clim était en panne à notre arrivée ( 2 nuits sans Clim), le propriétaire a fait le nécessaire pour rétablir ce petit souci. La table pour les repas est un peu petite.

Appartamento lindo e luminoso, dotato di ogni confort, tutto immacolato,ti senti come a casa, zona centrale,a due passi dalla Nizza vecchia,a un passo dall'area del porto, innumerevoli ristoranti,non manca nulla, certamente diventerà il nostro riferimento a Nizza, come sempre bellissimo e accogliente.

Il climatizzatore è un po' rimosso,ma se utilizzato con criterio si supera il problema.

The apartment was lovely and I lacked for nothing. It was perfect for my stay...very comfortable bed and all the facilities were very good. The coffee pod machine was most welcome, the shower was lovely and the whole apartment was attractively decorated and very clean when I eventually got in. The location was perfect, quiet street but close to the port and easy walking distance to the old part of Nice.

Only the check in and check out but this must be sorted for future clients. The messages that were sent to me via Booking.com contained wrong information and a telephone number that didn't work. The host did not send me the code for the key box until late in the evening having been unreachable by phone. This was sent to my friend who spoke French and called a different number. This code was never sent to me. He later apologised and I forgave him. But check out was worse. He sent me a message with the wrong code and I had to call my friend in England who had received the correct code ..in order that I could leave. It was very stressful and spoiled what was otherwise a perfect stay.
