The location was ideal for two people coming from different parts of the country and for what we wanted to do. I know the village a little and always enjoy staying.
The accommodation itself should be great as it is located in the heart of the village. It has a comfortable, well furnished lounge, a good bathroom and two bedrooms of a very good size. The kitchen was well fitted out with everything we needed. Access is up a flight of stairs which is easy, though with a big or heavy bag you may want to take care as it is also a steep flight.
Unfortunately, the cleaning staff let the hosts down for our visit and so there were issues of cleanliness and readiness for our stay. However, people should know that the hosts were horrified at what happened and rectified the situation as soon as they knew they could do something about it. I imagine this was a one-off blip and it wouldn't stop me booking again.

Location was good. Very nice, spacious, clean apartment. Had a question for the owner and the response was swift.
An information leaflet at the property would have been useful. Listing where to put a full bin bag, if you need to strip the beds before leaving, that you need to turn the hot tap on fully to pull the hot water through etc.
The air fresheners were very strong and I had to turn them off.
