Perfect weekend getaway to recharge the batteries.
The perfect little escape for the weekend. Beautifully presented and immaculately clean. We particularly loved the surround sound system, and played music all weekend!
The bridleway running alongside the property made it feel a little less private than we’d have liked, but this comment is very minor, and didn’t impact our overall stay. Also, we’d have liked some ice in the freezer, or an ice cube tray!

Relaxing stay in rural idyll
It was great to park immediately outside the property. We were welcomed by soothing music in the cottage and a welcome pack of milk, eggs, bread, butter and biscuits. The cottage was beautifully decorated and furnished with plenty of towels and cleaning products provided. As the cottage was double glazed it was very quiet and warm. The host lived in a neighbouring house and greeted us on arrival. He was friendly and helpful during our stay.
The only slight issue was the road leading to the cottage which was rather pot holed, although we got used to that after a day or so!
