Insgesamt eine gute Unterkunft in guter Lage aber die Ausstattung ist noch optimierbar.

Grösse, Raumaufteilung

Checkin und checkout waren etwas holprig. Kurzer Hinweis per email oder WhatsApp über die Lage der Keybox und Zugangscode wären vorteilhaft gewesen. Auch gab es nirgendwo Hinweise auf das Wifi Passwort. Beim Checkout war auch nicht ganz klar, was mit dem Schlüssel zu tun ist. Da alle Fächer der Schlüsselbox zu waren, konnte ich den Schlüssel lediglich im Apartment liegen lassen und die Tür zuziehen. Ausstattung der Küche war eher spärlich. Es gab zwei Scheren, zwei Korkenzieher aber keinen Sparschäler oder grössere Schneidemesser (lediglich Brotmesser und ein kleines Messer). Ich habe diverse Kräuter und Gewürze mitgenommen aber gedacht, dass es Salz, Pfeffer und Öl vor Ort gibt. Es gibt zwei Duschbäder und zwei separate Toiletten. Allerdings gab es weder Handseife noch kleine Handtücher. Vor Ort gab es auch die Aufbauanleitung für die Infrarotsauna aber keine Anleitung für den Backofen/Mikrowelle. Eine kleine Broschüre was wo zu finden ist und wie funktioniert, wäre von Vorteil.

Heerlijke locatie voor een dag aan t strand!

Mooi groot, goed verzorgd qua meubilair.

De warmteplaat op de slaapkamers tikt elke zoveel seconden. De oven leek een eigen leven te hebben (ging regelmatig aan en uit zonder dat je in de buurt was). Bank, bed, sauna allemaal super. En echt goed warm water!

Mériterait quelques rénovations : table en bois tachée , coups divers dans les murs . En peu plus de vaiselle, des modes d'emploi ( faciles) notamment pour le chauffage. Pas de sèche-cheveux.

Für ein paar Tage ok...

Die Lage ist sehr gut und auch der erste Eindruck ist der Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und es ist alles notwenige da. Die Betten sind bequem. Das Wohn- / Esszimmer ist ausreichend groß und auch der kleine Gartenanteil ist toll. Die Parkplatzsituation ist ebenfalls ok und das Auto steht sicher und in unmittelbarer Nähe. Toll war auch, dass wir unseren Hund mitnehmen konnten. Es war toll, dass es zwei Toiletten im Haus gab. Die Duschen sind ebenfalls ok und erfüllen ihren Zweck.

Leider ist die Unterkunft sehr hellhörig. Wenn man mit Freunden in der Unterkunft ist, sollte man sich diesem bewusst sein. in unserer Unterkunft waren die Zimmer im Keller. Muss man man mögen. Die Schlafzmmer konnten nicht gelüftet werden. Es gab zwar ein Kippfenster, dieses konnte aber nicht geöffnet werden. Wenn es zu öffnen gewesen wäre, hätte man aber sicherlich Spinnen und andere Insekten ins Haus geholt, da die Zimmer im Keller sind und es nur Kellerfenster hat. Für vier Personen sind viel zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten vorhanden. Im Schlafzimmer lebt man für eine Woche aus dem Koffer, den man aber auf dem Boden platzieren muss, da es keine Ablage gibt. Im Küchenbereich fehlt ein Schrankelelement, wo man die haltbaren Lebensmittel lagern kann. Auch fehlt eine Ablagevorrichtung.

Modernes und gemütliches Apartment in toller Lage

Unser Apartment war sehr modern, aber auch gleichzeitig sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns hier super schnell zu Hause gefühlt. In unserem Fall (2 Personen und eine Hündin) war das Apartment SEHR geräumig: mit Küche/Wohnzimmer/Esszimmer (in einem großen Raum) und eine Toilette im oberen Stock, und zwei Schlafzimmer, drei Bäder (eines mit Infrafrot-Sauna, alle drei mit Dusche), eine Toilette und ein Waschraum im unteren Stock. Die Küche war bei uns mehr als ausreichend mit Tellern, Besteck, Tassen, Gläsern (auch Weingläsern) und allerlei anderen Dingen bestückt. Die Pfannen und Töpfe der Unterkunft haben wir nicht benutzt, da wir unsere eigenen dabei hatten (beachtet werden sollte dabei allerdings, dass in der Küche ein Induktionskochfeld vorhanden ist). Außerdem befand sich in unserer Küche ein Wasserkocher und eine kleine Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine (allerdings kein Toaster). Das Bett im Schlafzimmer empfanden wir als sehr bequem. Es sind auch ausreichend Kissen vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war immer sehr freundlich (Deutsch ist kein Problem). Manchmal gab es etwas verwirrende Nachrichten (vermutlich automatisch verschickte Nachrichten) über Booking.com, per WhatsApp (eine Nummer dafür wird bereitgestellt) konnte das aber immer ohne Probleme und sehr freundlich geklärt werden. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist optimal. Strand und tolle Restaurants sind in fußläufiger Nähe. Das Areal, auf dem sich die Apartments befinden, sowie die Umgebung davon ist sehr gepflegt. Die Strände um Domburg haben fantastische Sonnenuntergänge, daher auch unbedingt mal abends zu den Stränden laufen.

Wir hatten leider einen Abend einen Stromausfall (den vermutlich ganz Oostkapelle getroffen hat), was bei uns aber zusätzlich zu einem lauten Alarmton im Gebäude-Komplex geführt hat. Hier hätten wir uns ein anderes (vor allem schnelleres) Handeln des Gastgebers gewünscht. Telefonisch wurden wir weggedrückt - vermutlich da viele Gäste anrufen wollten - und auf unsere WhatsApp-Nachricht gab es lange keine Antwort. Nach ca. 1h haben wir per Booking.com dann eine Nachricht bekommen, wie man den Alarm ausschalten kann und dass man wegen des Stromausfalls bitte nicht mehr anrufen soll. Für solche Fälle wäre es sinnvoll, wenn der Gastgeber einen Notfallplan hätte, mit dem die Gäste schnell informiert werden können (die Mobil-Nummern der Gäste liegen dem Gastgeber ja vor). Außerdem: da der untere Stock recht dunkel ist, sollte der Gastgeber vielleicht darüber nachdenken, die Apartments mit Taschenlampen auszustatten.

Een gezellig weekendje weg met vrienden, alle gemaken voorzien

De omgeving is heel mooi. Je zit echt een stukje van de ‘bewoonde’ omgeving vandaan. Veel natuur om je heen, dus echt rust. Mooie schone huisjes.

De huisjes zijn heel gehorig, wij hadden buren met honden en die waren veel aan het blaffen. ‘S ochtends werden wij helaas wakker geblaft door de honden. Ook het schuiven met stoelen hoor je heel goed. Wij hadden met mooi weer buiten veel last van wespen. De douche’s waren goed met een heerlijke straal, maar alles werd kletsnat in de douch door een te korte afscheiding. De slaapkamers waren wel heel warm en weinig luchtventilatie en als je dat wilde moest het raam open maar met al die insecten deed je dit ook niet graag.

Die Lage war ideal! Auch die Aufteilung der Wohnung sowie die Sauna haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war super schick eingerichtet und sehr modern.

Leider hatten wir mit den vorherigen Mietern scheinbar Pech - das eingeräumte Geschirr war bei unserer Anreise dreckig und die Decke im Wohnzimmer hatte Schokoladen-Flecken. Die Häuser sind sehr hellhörig.

Alles in Allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt in einem wunderschönen Appartement und fußläufig zum Meer.

Die Lage und die Ausstattung der Unterkunft war top, der check in und check out Prozess absolut easy. Alles läuft digital über e-mail oder whatsapp. Bei Fragen gab es innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Antwort. Nichts zu meckern.

Schade war, dass die Ladesäulen am Haus nicht funktionierten. Die Schlafzimmer sind im Keller - zumindest bei dem Appartement was wir hatten. Es gibt in den Schlafzimmern nur kleine Kippfenster, von welchem sich eines nicht richtig öffnen lies und die Lüftung des Raums erschwert hat. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Comfortabele, goed gelegen en prima uitgeruste lodge in Oostkapelle.

Het is een nette, ruime, comfortabele lodge met alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt. Voor langere verblijven is een wasmachine zeker nuttig. Keuken is volledig uitgerust, slaapkamers zijn rustig gelegen en bedden zijn comfortabel.

Jammer dat het tuintje niet volledig omheind is en dat de parking een drama is. Er is zogezegd 1 parkeerplaats per lodge, maar als men daar aanhangwagens op parkeert, dan klopt de som natuurlijk niet meer. Wanneer mensen die geen parking vinden dan ook nog eens dwars gaan parkeren zodat niemand nog weg kan, heb je heel vervelende situaties. Makkelijk op te lossen door elke lodgenummer een aangewezen/gemarkeerde parkeerplaatsje te geven.

Schicke moderne Appartement

Die Lage ist toll. Hundefreundlich. Sehr schönes Appartement mit allem was man braucht. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Die Fragen werden schnell beantwortet trotz indirekten Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Man fühlt sich betreut.

Die Luft in der Wohnung ist etwas stickig. In den Toiletten gibt kein Mülleimer.

Leider für uns nicht empfehlenswert

Ruhige Lage, moderne Ausstattung.

Es liegt nicht am Strand, wie angegeben, sondern ca. 1,2km entfernt. Zu wenig Küchenutensilien, zu wenig Stauraum für Kleidung. Im App C liegen die Schlafzimmer im UG (Keller), es riecht sehr muffig, trotz geöffneter Fenster. Das WLAN hat massive Probleme, der Router verliert immer wieder die Verbindung. Uns gefallen private Ferienwohnungen deutlich besser, dort gibt es nette Begrüßungen, z.B. etwas Obst, Getränke, Seife im Bad, ein Willkommensgruß.

Es war sehr heiß als wir da waren, da die Wohnung keine Klimaanlage hatte, war es oben fast nicht auszuhalten. Im Keller war es angenehm kühl in den Schlafzimmern, aber auch sehr feucht, die Luft daher nicht so angenehm. Der boden im Garten aus kaputten Muscheln war nicht so gut - man konnte sich leicht die Füße aufschneiden. Die Treppe in der Wohnung war mit kleinen Kinder auch gefährlich.

Heel fijn appartement op een mooie locatie!

Honden mochten mee, er waren zelfs voer-en drinkbak en een maandje aanwezig. Over de straat liep je zo in het bos en naar de strand toe was ook niet ver. Snelle reactie op WhatsApp toen we iets door hadden gegeven.

Eigenlijk niets, maar als mensen slecht ter been of ouder zijn kan de trap naar de slaapkamers beneden een probleem zijn en ook de toegang voor sommige appartementen over de buitenterras kan in deze gevallen tegenvallen. Borden, glazen enzovoort zijn er van alles maar één per persoon, iets meer zal fijn zijn! Ook is wel vermeld dat een handdoeken-set GEEN keukendoeken inhoud maar het zal zo handig zijn als dit wel aanwezig is.

Gut aber Preis Leistung passt nicht

Die Lage war super und auch die Ausstattung auf den ersten Blick.

Zum einen waren die Schlafzimmer, die Sauna und die Badezimmer alle im Keller. Das war so auf den Bildern nicht ersichtlich, dass man von dem Wohnbereich eine Etage nach unten geht…. Außerdem war niemand vor Ort, es ist dadurch sehr anonym. Zudem fehlte es an Seife, Spülmittel und einfach den Basics, die einfach bei dem Preis das mindeste wären.

Ein Zimmer Fenster im Schlafzimmer lässt sich nicht öffnen. Es wurde zugesagt, dass es repariert wird. Ein Liegestuhl für draußen wäre noch toll.

Wir waren uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolle Lage, bodentiefe Fensterfront. Ganz besonders ansprechendes Design! Oben offene Wohnküche mit rundem Eßtisch, großem L-Sofa und 2 weiteren Sesseln. Richtiges Wohlfühlambiente mit Wanddekor. Schöne Zimmer zum Schlafen im Souterrain. Eine Toilette oben, identisch mit jeweils kleinem Handwaschbecken unten. Unten ein kleiner und ein großer Duschraum mit jeweils auch Waschtisch und großem/ beleuchtetem und kleinem Spiegel. In letzterem Infrarotsauna mit 2 Sitzplätzen. Vor dem Haus kleine Terasse und gute Sitzgelegenheit für die ganze Familie. Küche gut ausgestattet, Induktionsplatte mit Touchfeld. Mikrowelle nicht genutzt. Geräumiger Kühlschrank, Eisfach auch vorhanden.

Es sollte in der Küche einen Spritzschutz geben hinter dem Spülbecken/ Herd! Einen Glasplatte würde gut hinpassen. Seifenspender habe ich auch vermisst-(habe noch nie 6 Seifen besorgen müssen für Fewo) man könnte Seifenspender an der Wand anbringen und die Gäste füllen Flüssigseife nach...kein einziges Geschirrtuch...bei so tollen Ferienwohnung fand ich das außergewöhnlich. Insgesamt war die Ausstattung dennoch sehr gut!
