Fijn verblijf met ons gezin

Het huisje oogt mooi en modern, ook de ligging t.o.v. het strand en de parkeerplaatsen bij de accommodatie zijn prettig. Er is voldoende ruimte voor 5-6 personen. Ook zeer fijn dat iedere kamer een eigen badkamer heeft.

De algehele netheid valt wat tegen (het is niet vies maar zeker ook niet schoon) ramen duidelijk al een tijdje niet gewassen, spinnenwebben en hier en daar wat sporen van de vorige huurders. Daarnaast kan de uitrusting van het huisje wel iets uitgebreider (een handzeepje op het toilet, stofzuiger ipv kruimeldief, broodrooster)

Comfortabel en eigenaar goed bereikbaar

Wifi slecht ook na vraag en mededeling dat Delta storing had gehad. Wifi in avond slecht omdat vele in appartementen online waren. Voordat we 6 persoons appartement boekte was niet bekend dat de slaapkamers in de “ kelder “ was. Geen probleem maar handig te weten. Raam in 1 slaapkamer was kapot maar na contact is monteur geweest. Bij de ramen in de slaapkamers is heel lang niet schoongemaakt. Ook hier hadden we na contact meteen schoonmaker voor kunnen krijgen. Maar moet gewoon schoon zijn. Verder alles schoon

Stylisch und modern. Tolles Ambiente und fast alles an Ausstattung vorhanden. Lob an den Innenausstatter. Zudem ist die Lage sehr gut.

Gerne nochmal

Die Lage ist prima. Der Weg zum Strand oder ins Dorf ist in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß zu schaffen. Schöne Körbe Terrasse und ein bisschen Garten… Wir waren zu 5 und der Platz im Haus war sehr ausreichend. Auch dass die 2 Toiletten nicht im von Duschraum sind, sondern separat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass alles sehr hellhörig ist. Innerhalb der eigenen Wohnung und von den anderen Wohnungen.

Die Lage , Ausstattung …auch wenn paar Kleinigkeiten nicht in Ordnung waren war trotzdem für uns alles super.

Fensterbank in Schlafzimmer war sehr staubig und mit Spinnengewebe , Behälter für Kapsel in Spülmaschine war kaputt das die Kapsel nicht ganz raus kam

Top Lage!

Die Lage ist wirklich Top! 18min zu Fuß zum Strand und man spart sich die Sparkosten. 10 Minuten zur Pommesbude. Die Betten waren sehr bequem! Es gab für 6 Personen zwei Toiletten und 3 Duschen. Leider gab es keine Sachen zum Spülen.

Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig! Die Türen haben keine Dichtungen, sodass man jedes Geräusch hört, wenn jemand im Nachbarszimmer wach ist. Parken ist an der Unterkunft ziemlich eng und knapp bemessen. Man darf nur mit einem Auto anreisen, auch wenn man zu 6 ist.

- Die Entfernung zum Strand. - Parkplatz am Haus. - Modern eingerichtet (mehr dazu bei den Dingen, die uns nicht gefallen haben). - Großer Esstisch. - Waschmaschine im Haus. - 3 Bäder - Check-In mit Schlüsselsafe - Bequeme Betten

- Massive Wärme im Haus, auch schon bei mäßig warmen Außentemperaturen ohne Möglichkeit herunterzukühlen. Mit 2 kleinen Kindern kein Vergnügen. Keine Möglichkeit Durchzug zu machen. Keine Außenrollos. - Das Haus ist zwar modern eingerichtet und verspricht dadurch mehr, als es wirklich kann. Die meisten Dinge sehen hübsch aus, sind aber unfunktional. - Kaum Platz Lebensmittel unterzubringen - Kaum Platz die Bekleidung unterzubringen. Wir haben quasi aus dem Koffer gelebt. - Es war absolut hellhörig. Nachdem das Baby abends im Bett war, durfte man keinen Mucks mehr machen, damit es einschlafen konnte. Wenn das dann geklappt hat, konnte man die Treppe nicht mehr betreten, da die sehr laut knarzt und das Baby wieder wach wurde. Wehe man hatte frühzeitig am Abend nicht dafür gesorgt, alles, was man für die Nacht braucht. - Augenscheinlich war es sauber. Wenn man aber genauer hinsah oder je nach Lichteinfall konnte man erkennen, wo geputzt war und wo nicht. So waren die Bäder nicht wirklich sauber und die Spiegel im Haus schlierig. Das Krabbeln unseres Babys zeigte auch, dass es mit der Sauberkeit nicht so weit hergeholt war. - Mängel, die wir während des Aufenthalts gemeldet haben (Schloss der Eingangstür/Backofen defekt/Probleme mit der Spülmaschine), wurden nicht durch den Service inspiziert und behoben. Wir sollten Videos und detaillierte Beschreibungen abgeben. Ein Besuch des Hausmeisterservice wäre absolut fällig gewesen. So wollte man diese Aufgabe auf uns übertragen. Nicht sehr fachmännisch und nicht entgegenkommend, bei dem Preis, den man für die Unterkunft zahlt. - Es gab nur einen Schlüssel für die Unterkunft. Bei Aufenthalt mit 3 Generationen etwas dürftig. Erst nach ein paar Tagen ist uns aufgefallen, dass der Code für den Schlüsselsafe im Hausflur die ganze Dauer des Aufenthalts aktiv war. Ein kurzer Hinweis zu Beginn des Aufenthalts hätte das sogar zu einem positiven Punkt werden lassen.
