Pleasant

Apartment is clean, spacious and has a good location. Host was very friendly and helpful. Kitchen is well equipped and you have a private table on the terrace to sit (and eat) outside. Bakery and supermarket just around the corner.

Beds were not comfortable (very hard) and the room was too noisy and too light. Even at night it was too bright in the room.

Beautiful modern stay in the center of Oostkapelle

Great modern apartment in the center of Oostkapelle. Perfect for a group of friends or a family for a weekend or a longer period. We would definitely come back again! - Everything was exceptionally clean and in a very good condition - Very good location, just 30 min walking from the beach (6 min by car) + directly next to cafés restaurants supermarket etc. - Beautiful backyard to have breakfast / lunch / dinner in the sun - Very friendly owners who were very cooperative with a late checkout and were also easy to reach + responsive before arrival

- It would be nice to have (more) toilet paper and hand soap in the bathroom + some basic equipment, such as salt, pepper, oil, vinegar etc. for the kitchen

A nice place for families with children

We have enjoyed our short stay in the Residence "Het Centrum". We were there with our family and a family of friends who also enjoyed the chance to take their cat with them. We have had a great time. The appartement complex is located in the center of a small town and not far from the seaside. It is very clean, cozy and well maintained. I enjoyed the way the kitchen is equipped a lot. We have had an induction hot plate, which is my favorite.

Maybe it is quite common for such type of house, but they have non soundproof flooring, so this is something to take into account if you do not want to hear the steps of the people living above you. We didn't really mind, but for some people that's irritating.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen erholsamen Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Appartment mit freundlichen Vermietern und freund

Das Appartement war bei Einzug sehr sauber. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Appartements sind gut ausgestattet. Lage mitten im Ort und trotzdem hatten wir vom Balkon einen herrlichen Blick ins Grüne. Kostenfreier Parkplatz ganz nah. Unser Hind durfte auch mitreisen, was in Oostkapelle für uns bisher nicht so einfach war.

Sehr empfehlenswert - wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Alles wunderbar - wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Super zentrale Lage - wir haben das Auto kaum genutzt (das auf dem Parkplatz der Unterkunft kostenlos stehen konnte), Domburg und der Strand sehr gut mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig, sehr schöne kleine Wohnung mit Garten, prima ausgestattet und super sauber. Ausgesprochen nette Vermieter, die umgehend erreichbar waren (z.B. bei der Frage, wo man Räder mieten kann). Vielen Dank!

In unserer Wohnung (Wohnung - g) wäre ein Staubsauger toll gewesen, da viel Dreck wie Sand oder ähnliches anfällt mit Kindern.

Bei Schönes Wetter komme ich in der Ort wieder.

Schöne saubere neurenovierte Wohnung. Dank Klimaanlage war uns in AnfangOktober schön warm und gemütlich. Die Küche war komplett ausstattet was nötig wäre. Bäckerei , Supermarkt, sowie Fahrradverleih alles war direkt da. Der Strand ist 2 km entfernt. Der Parkplatz ist da ist kostenpflichtig.

Wohnung ist hellhörig.

Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Tolle Wohnung. Sehr modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Von Oestkapelle aus waren alle Orte gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Wir haben uns gut erholt.

Wandern und Fahrradfahren

Centrumslage. Bäcker und Supermarkt direkt nebenan Fahrradschuppen und Parkplatz waren sehr gut und direkt hinter dem Haus. Fahrradwege waren super . Strand war mit dem Rad gut zu erreichen. Balkon war groß .

Unsere Schlafzimmer lagen zur Straße. Von 7 Uhr bis 22 Uhr sehr laut. Allgemein war das Haus sehr hellhörig. Balkon nur über den Flur zu betreten, nicht vom Appartement sus

Check in und Check out Parkplatz für Mieter Nähe zum Supermarkt , fußläufig 5 Min.

Appartement B liegt zur Dorfstrasse im Erdgeschoß - keine Möglichkeit groß zu lüften , 1 Fenster mit Kippfunktion musste man auf Stuhl und Fensterbank zum öffnen, anderes Fenster ging nach außen auf , konnte jeder einsteigen oder dagegen laufen als Fußgänger, Radfahrer -dunkle Wohnung -Mittwoch Strasse gesperrt da Ringstechen mit Kutsche und Pferden stattfand , ganztägig Menschen, Lautsprecher mit Musik ect. - Donnerstag Wochenmarkt den ganzen Tag Verkaufsstand vor den Fenstern , nur Taschen gesehen -2 Matratzen über eine steile Holztreppe zu erreichen und wer größer als 1,70m ist stößt sich den Kopf und muss reinkriechen - hellhörig, man lebt mit den Mietern oben drüber - Passanten die immer in die Wohnung schauen im Vorbeigehen oder davor parken mit Rad ect. - keine Mikrowelle - kein Tiefkühlfach - beim Absaugen des Teppichs lebte noch der Hund des Vormieters mit Haaren und Fell im Staubsauger :-( nicht sauber - Deckenlampe über Esstisch verstaubt - 1 Stuhl Polsterung aufgerissen - Einrichtung 5 von 10 Punkten - um in den Garten zu kommen immer ums Haus rumlaufen, egal ob mit Kaffeetasse oder Frühstück - Gartenmöbel nicht einladend oder defekt -Garten eher lieblos -2 Schlüssel wären von Vorteil gewesen , - Wohnung war ausreichend

Alles in allem, ein schöner Aufenthalt und wir kommen wieder.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr Zentral in Oostkapelle, nette kleine Lädchen laden zum schlendern ein, ein hervorragender Bäcker direkt nebenan, Supermarkt und Lokale Fussläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Kleines, aber feines Apartment im EG zur Hauptstraße bewohnt, für uns „Landeier“ spannend, vom Frühstückstisch das Treiben auf der Straße zu beobachten. Eine sehr nette Vermieterin, unser Hund war auch Willkommen und mit einer Pauschale von 30 Euro war das auch völlig ok.

Das Haus ist sehr Hellhörig, man hört jeden Gang von den oberen Wohnungen und der Wohnung Wand an Wand. Donnerstags ist wohl Markt Tag in Oostkapelle, da wird Morgens um halb sechs schon der Marktstand direkt vorm Fenster aufgebaut, wenn das Fenster offen steht ist die Nacht vorbei :)

Rundum alles prima.

Das Appartement war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Alles Notwendige in der Küche vorhanden, Geschirr, Töpfe, Besteck. Topp. Gutes Mobiliar. Bad mit Dusche und Wanne. Sauber und gepflegt. Netter Aussenbereich. Sehr gute und doch ruhige Lage. Alles prima! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Die Lage in Oostkapelle ist perfekt, das Zimmer zur Hauptstraße hin haben wir nicht genutzt, wir waren nur zu zweit mit unseren beiden Hunden.

Für den Preis hätten wir eine höherwertige Ausstattung und mehr Sauberkeit erwartet, allerdings haben wir dahingehend auch hohe Ansprüche, für einen Kurzurlaub von 5 Tagen okay.

Ein rundum erholsamer Kurzurlaub

Wir haben eine sehr freundliche Vermieterin angetroffen, die uns mit allen nötigen Auskünften bzw. Tipps versorgt hat. Obwohl die Unterkunft optimal zentral im Ortskern von Oostkapelle gelegen ist, war es dort angenehm ruhig. Die Wohnung selbst versprüht einen holländischen Charme, den wir bereits vor 40 Jahren kennenlernen durften.

Erholsame Tage mit Hund- hübsche, saubere Wohnung - sehr nette Gastgeber

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral in Oostkapelle mit kostenlosem Parkplatz direkt um die Ecke. Sie ist hübsch eingerichtet und sehr ordentlich. Meine Hündin und ich fühlten uns rundum wohl. Ich konnte mich sehr gut entspannen und erholen. Susanne hat uns herzlich empfangen, immer schnell geantwortet und wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Nebenan ist ein toller Bäcker, den Supermarkt findet man ein paar Häuser weiter. Ein Metzger und Fischladen, sowie diverse Restaurants sind ebenfalls in der Straße, ein sehr netter Fahrradladen zum Mieten von Fahrrädern, Anhängern, Lastenrädern ist um die Ecke. Das war auch eine Empfehlung von Susanne. Bis zum Parkplatz Randduin fährt man 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Mit dem Rad sind es nur 8 Minuten bis zum Fahrradstellplatz (Fietsenstalling Manteling), von dem aus man dann nur noch über die Düne muss und dann am Strand ist. Man kann den Weg jedoch auch in gut 30 Minuten zu Fuß gehen und die schöne Natur genießen. Ich traf regelmäßig Rehe. Geschlafen habe ich wunderbar. Man kann zusätzlich zu den Vorhängen noch dicke Fensterläden aus Holz schließen. So ist es leiser und dunkel. Ich habe sogar verschlafen. Auch das Lüften war gut möglich. Im Zweifel einfach Susanne fragen und/oder es sich zeigen lassen. Ganz lieben Dank nochmal für unvergessliche und sehr erholsame Tage bei euch! Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Ontzettend gehorig, zowel veel geluid vanaf de weg (enkel glas + ramen die niet goed sluiten) als van de appartementen boven je. De matras van het bed is doorgezakt.

Wir buchen gerne wieder

Sehr zentral gelegen, in Fußgängerzone mit Einkaufmöglichkeiten, aber trotzdem idyllisch mit Zugang zum Garten. Sehr netter Kontakt mit Vermietern. Ausstattung alles was man braucht, Bad sehr ansprechend, große Fenster mit Blick ins Grüne.

Bettdecken könnten mal erneuert werden, Betten aber sehr bequem.
