Hello Zeeland - Appartement Duno Lodges 6 personen

The location was superb with the seaside and really nice restaurants in walking distance. The surroundings were calm with lots of greenery and waking up to the sound of trees in the wind, horses passing by and birds singing was a pleasant experience. Having a parking spot and bicycle shed was very convenient. The apartment had great interior design with a cozy feel.

When we checked in the apartment wasn't properly cleaned. All surfaces in the kitchen, the sofa and floors were dirty with sand and crumbly bits. Since there was no vacuum cleaner in the room for us to take care of it ourselves, we turned to the 24/7 chat but no one ever responded there. Luckily, a response came here in the booking.com chat and cleaning staff was sent over the next day. There is indeed only 1 toilet and the apartment fits 6 people. Fortunately, we were just 3 and could make it work somehow. The walls are indeed very thin and you can constantly hear the neighbors pushing around their chairs.

Das Appartement ist sehr hellhörig (große Türspalte). Es könnte ein bisschen mehr Ausstattung in der Küche geben (Besteck und Teller).

Die großen Schlitze unter der Tür. Extrem hellhörig. Besonders bei der Toilette die sofort am Hauptraum angrenzt. Balkon nur für 2 Personen

Nur eine Toilette bei 6 Personen. Diese liegt genau neben dem offenen Küchen und Wohnbereich. Entfernung zum Küchenblock 1 Meter, Entfernung zum Sofa 1 Meter. Dazu ist es noch eine sehr kleine Innentoilette mit nur Kaltwasser. Die Induktionstöpfe und -Pfannen brauchen extrem lange zum Erwärmen. Es gab nur ein Schneidebrett und keine große Schüssel, zudem nur genau 6 Löffel, Messer, Gabeln. Einrichtung reines Ikea. Raumgröße durch Vollstellen mit Möbeln und Küchenblock sehr gering. Man konnte sich nur mit je einer Person im Küchenbereich und zwischen Sofa und Küchenblock bewegen. Aus Platzmangel konnten die Stühle am Küchentisch zum Teil nicht zurückgeschoben werden. Kein Kehrblech oder Staubsauger. Der Chatbot als Problemlöser angepriesen hat auch keine Abhilfe geschaffen. Die Wohnung war sehr dunkel und die Parkplätze so eng angelegt, dass sie mit einem Kleinbus oder größerem PKW nicht angefahren werden konnten oder zehn mal rangiert werden musste. Hier wurde aus der kleinstmöglichen Fläche das größtmögliche Geld gezogen. Viele kleine Apartments für viel Geld (bei uns ca. 240 Euro die Nacht) vermieten. Da war das Urlaubsgefühl was die Unterkunft angeht gleich mal weg. Daher für das reine Wohngefühl nur 2 von 10.
