I really liked the location was amazing. We had access to many metros nearby and a lot of supermarkets and a lot of food stores. In addition the A/C in the room was perfect!!!
The only thing i would say its that we didn’t have elevator and the apartment was on the 4th floor.

Netjes en nieuw appartement. Alles aanwezig om fijn te kunnen verblijven. Goed contact met de host en makkelijke aankomst. Locatie is top. Geen last van geluid van buiten en toch binnen no time in de bruisende straten van Parijs. Keuken goed uitgerust.
Het geluid van de gang is wel goed te horen vanuit het appartement. De badkamer is vrij klein maar dat is normaal in Parijs. Matras is wat aan de harde kant, maar slaapt erg lekker!

Location is great, the street is safe and the neighbourhood is women friendly. Cute bars nearby. Airco was working really well.
There are some (major) problems though. 1) The building is very old, broken down. 2) Except for the bed, the room is just not clean. Stains, dust and dirt all around. 3) The biggessssttt problem is the humidity problem. There is black mold on the walls in the bathroom. Leakage damage on the ceiling. And even though we open up windows the humidity stays. Our throats hurt because of this :(
