The management team is very responsive - message them with any problem and they will be at the door in a few minutes. We really liked the area - the nearby "high street" (Rue des Petits Carreaux / Marché de Montorgueil) is always bustling and has a local vibe, yet is relatively short walk to the tourist core.
From the pictures you know you are getting a mezzanine loft, which is fine, but something could be done so that is not noisy. It creaks very loudly with any movement.

La ubicación es perfecta para conocer París. Fuimos a casi todos los sitios andando. Y para usar el metro tiene muy buena combinación. El espacio es pequeño pero bien resuelto. Bonita decoración. La calle es tranquila pero hay ambiente en los alrededores.
Si vas a reservar tienes que tener en cuenta el tamaño de baño, y cocina y la cama en altura. Aunque está muy bien distribuido no es un apartamento para personas corpulentas. En mi caso no supuso ningún problema. Y la relación entre la ubicación y el precio lo compensa.

L’emplacement Le calme Appartement qui a un certain charme. Équipement cuisine complet.
Canapé en mauvais état, non utilisable car deux lattes manquantes et .matelas avec une grosse tache. Douche très petite. Mezzanine avec hauteur sous plafond insuffisante, car la tête touche le plafond en position assise. Appartement déconseillé aux personnes mesurant plus de 1m70. Le fait de pouvoir utiliser un canapé convertible de bonne qualité rendrait cet appartement tout à fait agréable.
